Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is like an old apartment building without elevator. The hotel staff are polite, but the property looks really old and shabby. The bed sheets and covers were old. And it's too overpriced. I should have booked Blue Diamond for INR 600 more. The hotel needs total revamp.
The location is good.

The sabudhana vada was a bit uncooked once. Other than that, always have loved the food.
Hotel Pheonix is seriously one of the most luckiest places for us to stay, wherever me and my husband visit Pune.

Had an excellent stay here for a week. The rooms are comfy and they have great room service. The receptionists and staff were very friendly. Also the food is really good. Also the location is great and near to the airport. Overall 10/10 experience.

We’ve stayed at this property before and I have to say this time left much to be desired and we likely will not be staying again. The sheets had stain and rooms weren’t very clean. We got a small queen bed despite them asking for our preference at check in and us requesting king.

There is no lift in this hotel and no warning will be displayed to you while booking it. We have carried our luggage to 2nd floor on our own. No guests are allowed and for this also you wont see any note while booking.
Not much, it was high priced stay with no facilities.

The rule of NO VISITORS are allowed in the room of the guest! I was in Pune for an event and therefore my relatives/friends had to use the loo or rest for a bit or freshen up for a bit. They did not allow. While every hotel in the country has no such policy I wonder why they have issue with it. I understand 'staying overnight' is chargeable but my cousin (male) wanting to come to my room for few minutes was barred. Little let down by this. The breakfast could have little more options. The staff was friendly yet looked disinterested. Location could improve. The stinking gutter next to it made it horrid to breath.
It was comfortable and we were surprised to get an access to the balcony. The housekeeping staff was friendly and courteous.
