We loved the resort. The only thing that would have made the stay much more better would be bigger geysers. The hot water would run out very fast with the current capacity of the geysers.

Not enough hot water.

Great resort in an amazing location. It was really extraordinary to wake up and see all the tea fields. Excellent restaurant with a solid variety of dinner and breakfast options. We didn't test the pool (it was too cold). My room was a newer one and good (even though hot water ran out fast). My brother received the old room that looks like it needs renovation.

Could've installed wifi and a telephone in the room. Had to walk a bit to reach the reception area from the room and it was raining continuously, had to struggle a bit. but overall it was a good stay. Not sure why the pool water color was green, but we jumped in any way at 20ºC 😜

The breakfast was really nice. We decided to take the other two meals also from the resort which was decent.

Mountain view rooms have a very good view and worth the spend. Garden view rooms are less airy with 'not so useful' balcony and stuffy and dark room.

Staff hospitality is excellent. Food is pretty decent for the price. Breakfast was too good. Location was easy to access.

One of our main reasons to choose this resort was the view from the swimming pool and access to it. It was one of the dirtiest pools I have ever seen in any resort or hotel and inspite of asking them twice they blindly told its clean and even after calling them a third time just for namesake they come and remove the leaves and still the pool is completely dirty, insects dead everywhere and all fungus on the water.

I don't understand how this property is so highly rated. The food we ordered for lunch was pathetic. They have only a 1 hour period to serve breakfast. The AC in my room was not working at night and I called the person at 2AM, he came and said nothing can happen now, talk to our manager in the morning. How does it make sense? I stayed only for a night and it was not good for me. This is run by a few boys who handle the whole property and when I complained about it while checking out, they just gave us the bill and did not even bother to reply.

I can't think of many negative things to mention. When we were there, the sprinklers they used to water the coffee plants sprayed into our balcony. It wasn't a major issue.

The view from the room is spectacular. Then entire property is very neat and pretty. The staff is gracious and go out of their way to help us out with everything.

Location , Room size and specially to mention the staff behavior. Cleanliness is the one which made me book this resort. A family with 3-4 people can enjoy the atmosphere, the location and everything.
