We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaNo proper toiletries, wash room is too small and smelly. Not power backup, fan regulator is also not working. No food bill, need to reconcile it if you are good in ur memory. Even they are charging you for daily water bottle. Insects on floor and in washroom. Sitty place instead of calling it a hotel. Never recommend anyone

IndiaRoom was very small as per price. Hotel things which provide other hotel as shampoo, toothpaste was not there even phone was not working. Food was worst. Breakfast was included in price but not provided.unable to connect wifi. Even no local driver knows that place. Due to this I overpaid to the drivers for reaching that destination.
Room was clean. Staff was good.

IndiaThere was no breakfast buffet even though I paid for breakfast. Further, the hotel was booked via booking.com.however hotel staff dint have any updates about booking and refused to let us in initially. Later they vacated and provided room. Not satisfied with the room, cleanliness, breakfast. Not worth the price.
