IndiaWe booked an Executive double bed room and your site was saying it has one more futon bed because of which we booked this room as we were travelling with a baby, but in reality futon bed is not there and Hotel management said they don't have that kind of extra bed in any of their rooms. Parking area is very limited and not adequate to park own vehicles.
Location is OK near to the central area but it is by the side of an elevated road and surrounding is not very pleasant.

IndiaThe room wasn't actually thoroughly cleaned. There was dust and a few cob webs. It was cleaned immediately after informing however was a lil turn off Also the restaurant is not even worth 1 star. The food is below average. They'll always make mistakes in your order

IndiaLocation. Very congested, had very difficult time to park my car. While booking, we chose the costliest hotel shown at the site of Booking.com but the experience is other way. Booking.com site does not show many other very good hotels at Ahmedanagar which we saw while passing by. I understand their rates are also on the lower side.

IndiaSafety - exposed electrical wire hanging in room , hot water mixer not functioning ( where do you run while taking a bath when steaming hot water Does not stop ? Informed the receiption but no response . Hygiene - rooms not clean , fan with all dark edges not cleaned for months , bucket and mug are stained. Safety and security - All staff sleeps in receiption and restobar , so it is not couple friendly as girl and lady can not walk in to hotel after 10:00 till 0700 hrs ( we wanted to go for morning walk. And. We had to give it as we had to crossed the receiption. With such a site , the sofa upholstery is torn. They put sheet to cover it all days .
