IndiaThe first impression of the hotel in dealing with the staff at the check in was horrible. Purely bureaucratic. I am a Senior Defence Officer and widely traveled. This is the first hotel which disregarded my Defence Identity Card as Identity proof which was quite embarrassing... Secondly the hotel gave a feel as if one was staying in a roadside Motel where anything that was ordered in the room was on Direct Payment and not added to the bill to be cleared at the time of check out. It gave a feeling as if the hotel was doubting one's integrity and felt that one would run away without paying the bill. Really unbelievable...The room rent was deducted at the time of check in itself...I think the staff at the check in counter needs more training to be courteous and not have a thick headed bullish bureaucratic approach...Can't say for others but I will never ever stay in this hotel again as it's not the money well spent... Absolutely pathetic......

IndiaThe check in process was extremely slow. Anything that was required in the room took ages to arrive. Shower stopped working in the middle of using it. Poor quality mattress provided for Extra bed in our room. The bellboy took 45 mins to collect luggage from our room. Overall this is not the standard one would expect whilst booking a room with Raddison.
