These are mostly little annoyances but important enough for you to investigate... - I found the service levels were a tad low (vs my previous experience at the resort), the obvious reason was that the property is now moving to Taj Vivanta and reduced staff members were not enough to cater to all guests - Most things like checking in formalities, getting the room, getting a table for breakfast/dinner, pool service, room service was always delayed. The restaurant staff was scrambling to manage the breakfast service. - While most facilities were good, one could see the property was in need of maintenance i.e. cracked pillars, chipping paint, unkept greens etc.. general upkeep could be better - the front desk was not aware this was my 4th visit, when I asked if I can redeem my membership points they sounded clueless. The lady promised to come back to me with the details but I never got a reply, the excuse was the rush for check-ins. I feel Radisson needs to care for repeating (loyal) customers like myself. BTW I still do not know if I'm a member and if staying with Radisson multiple times (incl. in Goa) has brought me any benefits.

Same things that Radisson is well known for (also why this was my 4th visit to the resort) - Big, Clean Rooms - Generous spread of premium facilities (lawns, play areas, gym, pool, restaurants etc) FYI I loved the Turf - High service and quality standards - Location - Food - Premium experience

Towels are old and need upgrade. Dinning optios to improve in cafe setting for all day dinning.

Breakfast was good. Very limited options for lunch if you are sitting outdoors, even pizza which is on menu was denied. You check in timming is very late so most people like us were waiting. In a way you are encouraging people to go out of the property to eat. SO if you improve this aspect families will be happy to spend more time and utilise the property.

The resort was hosting a wedding on the day of our travel, and felt like a second hand treatment despite paying premium price around secondary restaurants, slow service in the restaurants, breakfast time was 7 Am but the staff was setting up the breakfast at 7:45 AM

We opted for Dinner and paid for Buffet in the package. But due to low occupancy in the Hotel, there was no buffet and we had to order our food. Also some items in the Menu was not available. There were no Live counters.

Property needs more maintenance. Lots of stagnant water everywhere around the property. The small pool next to the sitting area was empty with again stagnant water. Few areas and facilities had cobwebs and dust and leakage areas which was a bit disappointing. However considering it’s a very big area such things are bound to happen.

The property was vast. Loved the room as it was very nice and comfortable. The staff were cordial and friendly. The main pool was big and lovely. The entertainment dance arrangement was enjoyable. Food was good and enjoyed the breakfast spread. Overall a good and comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Property needs serious refurbishment. For example the poolside needs special attention - Algae on the floor and on the sides (unhygienic), Pool bar seems to be abandoned with rusted equipment left out which kills the aesthetic appeal. The property overall requires attention with simple fixes and full scale deep cleaning in places where its obvious that they have never been attended to. I think this is incredibly important to not diminish the brand Radisson had created. And on a quiet/Low season, we paid almost 40K INR for 2 rooms with absolutely no amenities to enjoy. Finally- do you really need a Piano room? :-)

The bed was without orthopedic mattress. It caused back pain. Nearly all lights were connected with one switch, causing discomfort to us. AC was on in some places and off in some places. Didn't like it and in fact we caught cold because of this.

The service expectations from the staff can be improved to sound more courteous and pleasant. They seem to be doing a job rather then focussing on their guests. A little more organised and coordinated would help do the trick.

This seems to be a recently developed resort at Alibaug. The place, ambience, rooms, restaurants and pool are superb. It's quiet a large property spread giving you the opportunity to explore the area around you. It's going to be a mammoth task for the management team to maintain such a huge property.

The food taste (we are vegetarian) wasn't great and not befitting a 5-star. Although, the morning buffet was quite extensive, it wasn't tasty. Swimming pool cleanliness could be improved.

The service was really good and all the staff were courteous and helpful. The special anniversary cake was really a surprise and made our day special! The games room (both kids and adults) had various options and well maintained. Swimming pool is quite big.
