The general ambience, very cordial staff, the location and amenities. Excellent TV setup wherein you could cast your own phone and watch what you want.

When you call at reception during reservations no one would pick up phone, this is before you reach hotel, once you reach hotel, room service is great. Quality of toiletries could be better. Quality of towels and linen used could be better.
Breakfast was great. Gaming section within hotel was outstanding. Food was good. Nicely spread out property.

India6 ReviewsGoodThe rooms were decent, not upto the standards of Radisson Blu. As most of the furniture felt old and stinky. Very slow room service. It took ages to get what we had asked for. Also the check in and check out timings need to improve. You pay a hefty lot room tariff for less than a days time. 3 pm check-in is a bit absurd.
The swimming pool was nice and clean. Food was good and the breakfast served was brilliant. Hospitable staff, though they can improve on their room service. The location is beautiful.
