IndiaCheckin time is quite late. Which gave less time to spend. There was lot of dampness in the wall. We had booked suit…however the bathtub was too small for this price. Bath tubs in normal room in Radisson Alibaug are bigger compared to Karjat. Food taste for all Lunch / Dinner and Breakfast was Ok ok …compared to Alibaug Radisson. Room had bad smell in the evening along with mosquitoes and flies inside it…even though its gallery room…there was no possibility to venture into gallery in evening .
Property was spread across huge area. Location is good.

IndiaI recently stayed at Radisson Blu Karjat (2- 3 Nov) and am extremely disappointed with my experience. Nowhere during the booking process on Booking.com was it mentioned that the swimming pool was under maintenance. Instead of a relaxing pool view from my balcony room, I was greeted with construction noise and the sight of laborers. The work didn’t stop during afternoon too. The alternative pool provided for guests was a fraction of the size of a standard 5-star hotel pool, and it felt more like a local society pool than a premium offering. Many guests, including myself, voiced our concerns, but the management had no response. After multiple requests, I was finally moved to a better room at 8:30 PM—after dinner, which meant I had to repack and relocate when I should have been enjoying my stay. This lack of communication and the overall service is simply unacceptable for a brand like Radisson. I strongly advise against booking this hotel for the next 2 months as the maintenance will go on until then. I expected much more from this hotel and will think twice before returning.

IndiaBreakfast and dinner spread was quiet good. They had a variety of multi cuisine dishes in their spread. Rooms were quite spacious. Lots of activities for the kids like fun park, swimming pool, small cricket round, etc. The jacuzzi in our room was quiet an experience for us. The buggy service provided by the hotel was quiet helpful as the hotel area is quite big and travelling from one area to another on foot would take lots of time. Lastly the massage centre was quiet a stress reliever.

India1) Intermittent power cut, though lasted for less than a minute each time. It happened 3-4 times in a day.. May be AC to DC switchover cut. 2) Jacuzzi Switch is located very near which is prone to short circuit when water splashes on it. Resulting MCB trip and power cut.
Staff and only staff. Everything else can be available anywhere else but great hospitality comes from great staff. Every treatment was special one to each and every guests. Thanks to entire Radisson Team. This resort takes very good care of infants. Everything in the hotel was fantastic.

United StatesPoor customer service & language used from Gaming zone in-charge . Denying gaming zone access to guests due to corporate bookings. Food taste is very average especially compared to high prices they charge for it. Food services takes 45 mins minimum & several reminders Breakfast spread is very limited Electricity goes several times The staff can’t provide 5 star resort services which they charge for. BETTER TO AVOID THIS PLACE.
After we complained the staff was more attentive and corrected some wrongs. Still the service was not up to par.

Some staff not well trained in customer service & basically will say NO to all requests Corporate bookings are given preference over facilities & other guests are denied services In room dinning takes minimum 40-45 mins and several reminders One our worst customer service experience from Radisson Blu chain
The customer relations Manager Sheetal Rana managed to salvage the situation and ensured that we got some decent service. The 2 room villas are well designed architecturally.

IndiaVery badly maintained. The carpets are filthy. It's very run down. The carpets in the rooms they need to remove as they are not vacuumed mostly. The lobby area carpets are almost black. The common washroom near the reception had no ventilation and stinking. Overall it's a beautiful property and maintenance is zero. The approach to it is a very bad road almost 45 mins. We thought if we like it we will extend but we decided to leave after one night. They have made a newer portion where breakfast was which is fine. Also the food was fine and buffet was good spread. The staff is very nice that's the only plus here. Else they really need a raincheck on maintaining this property. We won't surely go back. Because I need a clean place on a break

IndiaThere are only two buggys to travel internally. I had gone with my parents who are senior citizens. One two days of our stay they just did not send the buggy. We have waited for 20-30 mins everything and decided to walk finally. For anything their standard response is “it’s on the way” and things take too long to happen. Their breakfast buffet had no glasses or bowls and food replenishment was not done properly. It’s quite expensive so I expected better service and that’s only logical.

IndiaOur room was sub par. It had issues with bathroom water knob, Window wasn't getting locked after opening. The most awful part was that when bathtub water was drained the entire water came on to the bathroom floor. During checkout I discussed all the issues with property manager Sandeep and I got just an apology. On insisting further to compensate for these issues in some way, I was informed that they would give me some discount on my next stay in Radisson. When asked to provide this on email, he said he would have to check. I am really disappointed as I did not expect this from Radisson
Staff is courteous. They are quick in addressing and resolving issues. Very welcoming and warm.

IndiaThe resort was over crowded with a couple of corporates groups. The crowd was all over the place, restaurants, play zone.. everywhere. The experience was not comfortable. I would have appreciated if the staff had given us a head up or given us a room away from the crowd. The rooms are too small for the price. Playzone games are very expensive.
Food and service at the restaurant was good. Staff was polite and cooperative.

IndiaI am a member of Radisson and have been visiting any radisson property atleast once in a year. Compering my experience with other properties, i was disappointed with this particular visit. Normally we get an upgrades with our room, we have complimentary Hitea services at other properties, i have visited this karjat property earlier also, this was my 3rd visit, and this time also, kids play area had lots of broken and missing elements for kids play, no complain about that didi who helps with kids., she did a good job.. There is no different service lift, for staff members, all used same lift and so it was not maintained and up to the mark. Electricity kept on fluctuating and turning off every now and then. We also experienced no water situation during morning bathing hours, for sometime. In spite of informing on and vie message and also on call at property we were not given room with bath tub (which was requested specifically). This time property seemed more towards commercial rather then, leisure friendly. Over all, this time i was disappointed and seemed like instead of uplifting hotels standards it on path of falling down.
Its a perfect monsoon vacation destination. Pool was good kids play area was also good. Food was up to the mark

IndiaLights was fluctuating major of the time. One time we got stuck in elevator and that was scary for my kid .Though it got fixed within 3 to 4 minutes.
I like the service provided by the staff .Very attentive and quick service . I ordered food through room service and it was quick and efficient. Quality of food was excellent through I will recommend you to the hot food in hot box . So the food remain hot for longer period. Also the hotel provided khichdi and milk for baby on free of cost which again shows that its family friendly hotel and don't worry abt the kid food . Even the breakfast had a huge varieties for european as well as indian guest . Chai was perfectly made and served in Indian Local style. Pool side is huge and beautiful to swim . Staffs are super friendly.
