The electricity issue was there. During the last day lunch, the staff didn't let us know that AC is not available in the area where we were sitting until we enquired why it's so hot here.

The restaurant is completely unhygienic. We stayed for 2 nights and BOTH days milk kettles in the restaurant as well as the ones sent for in-room dining had some black sludgy things in them floating in the milk. It seems like they never wash their kettles. It only speaks about the overall hygiene of the kitchen. I visited this property with my really small children who were given this disgusting milk. I would never take my kids again to any place that is so pathetically unhygienic. The Restaurant Manager as well as the Duty Manager accepted their shortcomings but had no explanation as to why a 5 Star property had such a poor basic cleaning protocol in their kitchen.

The stay was average. The pool was nit filtered and the water was hazy. The tiles wre broken and very poorly maintained and kept. The food was really good. The facility is upcoming and you will always be between a WIP property. Understaffed and expect huge waits after orders. The morning breakfast service is so chaotic and have had our orders mixed up majority of the time.

The hotel needs renovation, especially the corridors where the AC doesn't work.. Stinking Smell outside the room facing the trees and river...can't help if it's the river. Extra paid activities is what we used and hotel's basic amenities like the pool needs some repairing. The kids' outdoor play area could use shade. Been to lonavla's Radisson and its better!

Location and area wise, it's good! Staff is helpful. Food is tasty! Extra paid activities like the Spa and Fun park are the good.

Staff is extremely helpful. Our car broke down on our way to the hotel & they were kind enough to help us reach the hotel & have a mechanic fix the car. The room is spacious & gorgeous. The pool area & the view is amazing. The spa service is also amazing. We had a fantastic stay & would love to be back soon.

I came to know that Radisson Blu provides custom made complimentary meals for kids when ordered, however I was denied the same, also I was there to celebrate my anniversary except a cake nothing was provided to make the moment special I have been to other premium properties on special occasiona and almost everyone provides decor or complimentary dinner, however that was also denied... The kids play area is not at all kids friendly, my 3 year old daughter injured her hand while playing with a toy which had sharp object protruding and she bled while playing.... Do check the cctv.... I could have created a ruckus however I was too dissappointed with the quality of play section.

Food and liquor prices are exorbitantly expensive.

Even though the property is little away from civilization, there are so many amenities inside to keep you/kids engaged. This is a 5 star property, no doubt. Plan to go here for leisure and luxury. Your pocket will be lighter by the end of your stay but its worth it. Also there are so many boutique resto bars in karjat for every pocket that you can drive 30 mins back and have reasonable dinner with uour loved ones.

Our stay at Radisson blu resort and convention center was excellent. The ambiance and the treatment given by them was at par. It was my wife’s birthday and brother’s anniversary on which i had planned a surprise trip to this beautiful resort. Both the occassion were beautifully taken care by a complimentry upgrade and delicious desserts. I would just suggest them to reconsider the funzone’s rate which i found bit pricey. Overall expirence, stay , food etc was 10 on 10. Must visit once for a peaceful & perferct get away.
