Room service food was served cold, they have no mechanism to keep the food hot as there is considerable distance between kitchen & villas. One security instance was nightmarish. Someone climbed over my car in broad day light clearly leaving shoe marks but there was no CCTV to catch the culprit.

Food at restaurants was good and pool is of decent size.

THE FUN PARK SECTION THE GAMES WERE PRETTY STEEP AND THERE SHOULD NOT BE A FIXED AMOUNT TO REFILE LIKE WE HAD DONE 3500 REFILE AND THEN WAS LEFT WITH 100 AND WANTED TO PLAY LAST GAME OF 200 BUT THERE WAS NO OPTION WHERE I COULD LOAD 100 MORE.

View from the Villa (Row houses) are really as they just face the opposite Villa. Location of the property is bit interior to the main Karjat town and village roads are really bad.

Excellent Experience and courtesy extended by Radisson Blu Staff. Special Mention to Chetan Rana, he made our vacation simply unforgettable. Room upgrades and special care on special occasions made the entire experience superb. Chetan is simply an asset for Radisson Blu. The special menu during independence day weekend was just wow. Great Room Service by Gourish Talekar. With a very warm staff, Radisson Blu is indeed the best in class and I would rate it one of the best high-category hotels around Mumbai. One should visit this hidden gem instead of going to hush-rush Lonavala. Treks/visits around the resorts like Kondana Caves, Bhivpuri Waterfalls, and Gambhirnath math become really convenient.

Had heard so much about karjat radisson blu so decided to celebrate my birthday there. Booked the villa for 2 nights 3 days . Villa was okay cleanliness wise not very great .not 5 star standards . Major DISAPPOINTMENT was every half an hour the electricity kept gettting disconnected . Could not sleep 2 nights because every half an hour ac was getting switched off. Everytime electricity went, Had to switch on with the remote. 2 nights of holiday instead of rest was so disturbing . The entire vacation was more tiring then refreshing. When told the hotel regarding it they kept saying its maintenance. Even after I told them I was so disappointed with the stay they didnt even say a sorry or anything to repay for such pathetic 3 day stay . When they are charging so much for the villa . I have stayed at other radisson and I am a member. Other hotels of radisson are so much better but the karjat one I will never go there again . May be not continue booking radisson again . Coz even being member no special treatment was given nor the discomfort durning the stay was addressed . I WILL HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND KARJAT RADISSON . there are better property who will give you the luxury you are paying for. I have gone to Rual places, even there so many times the electricity doesn't get disconnected. There were so many times I was scared that so many times the power on n off would cause short circuit. It was like putting life in danger . Please book something better . Karjat radisson not worth .

Price of food. Road to the resort is in shambles.

State of the art facilities. Superb rooms. Comfy beds. A big pool to relax. Dinner and breakfast buffets were superb with a wide variety of menu. A great play area, even though it's pricey. Buggy car available to roam around.

Didnt like the property at all. - The value for money part was totally missing. - EVERYTHING was chargeable and at exorbitantly high rates. - Rooms were not very clean. - Breakfast was so so... nothing close to expectations. - Swimming pool was not clean - Showers were not working in Swimming Pool area... infact one of the tap handles came out when I tried to turn it on. - The property is in absolute remote area - After breakfast I was asked to share my feedback on a tab where the requester himself chose the rating as excellent (!) Overall, a bad experience and I am not going to this property ever again and no questions of recommending this to my friends / family.

The bedroom villa was too sub standard, lacked basic curtains and TV in both the bedrooms. the living area TV was small with too few channels. The villa was quite run down and pale.

It was a fantastic breakfast with a variety of dishes and delicacies. The rooms were excellent, well-designed and gave a lot of positive vibes. The staff are very helpful and friendly, true professionals. All facilities on the campus were well-maintained and ready for use as per the specified time period. I would recommend this to anyone for a fun weekend getaway with friends and family.

A bit way out of the way. Our villa was located at the periphery of the property. And had no privacy from the public road. With a lot of ambient road noise.
