The extra Bed was so uncomfortable it's like so hard n feel like punishment, so it's a humble request to upgrade the standard of extra Bed it will be more better.

I like everything the location cleanliness all ambience food staff behavior & services but only one thing I disappointed that in room the extra Bed was so uncomfortable and not matched the standard of resort luxury like Radisson blue..

The beach had a lot of trash leading up to it and it didn’t seem well kept.

Amazing staff (especially in the buffet), awesome food with a brilliant head chef and comfortable rooms. Sadly, I didn’t get to try these but I appreciated that there were interesting activities and a nice spa on the resort too.

I had breakfast, lunch (ala carte)and dinner (ala carte)at the 365 restaurant for my stay. However on 31st night I was not allowed to eat in the restaurant as I had not opted for the buffet dinner. I had toddler with me but still they did not allow to eat at the restaurant. I had to resort to in room dining and on that day it took a lot of time. This left a bad impression on me and my wife. The hotel has to understand that not everybody who lives in the hotel eats buffet, however nice and gala it may be.

The staffs in the 365 restaurant were helpful and polite, specially who served our food. We opted for ala carte and tried different dishes and we liked the food a lot. Housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning up the room and making the room comfortable. In room dining was decent. The hotel is clean and beautiful.

Private beach as mentioned in the description is very deserted and dangerous, no lifeguard, and not fit were enjoying the beach, we have to go all the way to rushikonda beach.

Mosquitoes inside the rooms! There were not many, but sometimes it gets annoying when you want to sleep after a day's outing and that few mosquitoes inside the room are trapped inside the room.

Breakfast was perfect! Just nothing to comment about, staff at the breakfast were very friendly and supportive, loved the options they had for healthy food, like Millet upma, Raggi idli and raagi dosa. Healthy food doesn't have to taste bad! Loved the location, swimming pool was huge and very very clean, with not much crowd! My kids didn't want to leave the resort!

Check-in was my worst ever in india. This is my 3rd stay in this property. The front desk staff need a total revamp. We made booking for 2 balcony ocean view rooms . We put a prior request for adjoining rooms subject to availability . As we reached the front desk at 3.10 pm, we were offered non balcony ocean view rooms above the convention centre. when I showed my booking, the lady agreed to arrange the APPRORIATE ROOMS with a little waiting.we obliged to wait. By then, she identified our id...2 adults with 2 young daughters .. After waiting, she offered a room key 256 and told us to check in before the other room gets ready. We obliged and went to the room. After half an hour, we got the 2nd room key 272, which is a block away. Did she expect to divide our family and that too 2 young girls .. when I called on the intercom, she said she would call back. Nothing happened for the next 10 mts. Finally, I called the reception and requested a talk with the manager on duty. As I was on the call, she somehow promised to give room 270, which was adjacent. I agreed and hung up politely. Finally we carried all our luggage from 256 and moved to 270 and 272 by 5 pm.. crux of this incident.....THERE WERE AVAILABLE ADJACENT ROOMS IN SUPERIOR ROOM WITH BALCONY AND OCEAN VIEW CATEGORY...both 270.and 272 were available by 3 pm ,may be needs to be made up, thats ok, but the lady dint have the basic courtesy to check and help . This was ridiculous for a hotel of this stature... Lastly, at check out, I was not shown the bill.inspite of request. She said she would e mail. 30 hours passed by now, and no mail... Radisson blu is such a big group, and this property was made so well. A few unworthy staff spoiled the show. So I request the concerned to look at the front desk issues. The rest of the staff are amazing. In spite of all this trouble we faced, I gave an 8/10 rating as I love this property... Please note that I have no time to write these reviews or blame somebody.

The staff of housekeeping knocked my room around 20.00 o’clock. I don’t know why? they didn't explain what they wanted to do, just say "housekeeping" I didn't open the door but they opened my room by their key. I scared and tried to push and close the door. Before that my boss told me that two guy from house keeping entered his room at 21.00 o’clock without reason.
