This was our second trip within a month. Megha at the reception ensured we had a very comfortable stay. Excellent service at restaurant by Bhishan, Soma, Purbi and all other staff.

1. Roof top restaurant was mentioned in website but it is not yet opened. 2. Some of the buffet items were below par. The detailed feedback was shared with the Captain.

Veg food options were kept in middle of Non Veg food. Everyday evening same Karaoke entertainment. Bubble bath, shower caps were missing in deluxe room with bath tub !! Nobody comes to pickup the plates after the in-room dining. plates are collected only next day clean up time !!

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner spread was excellent Hotel premises, rooms were clean and neat. Staff was courteous and well mannered. We got excellent room with view.

rooms - very poorly designed .Felt like you are in a jail.

Pool & bar are great. Staff is very courteous and polite. Breakfast spread is also good.

I loved the property but very small small improvements needed , like soap cases next to hand wash area on the room bathroom, tissue stands on bar tables we didn’t have one we had to keep asking for it again n again please start the rooftop bar Torna soon.. it’s mentioned on your website. thank you

I love the location , it’s super and the weather was too good even in the month of May. overall very pretty and peaceful stay , good staff and interiors.

If you have balcony, it should have provisions for insect control, a charging station and smoking. Why would I want to walk all the way to have a smoke

Very good service, nice big and clean rooms, perfect for relax weekend & the spa was one of the best! Truly lovely experience for honeymoon. I visited the game room everyday, ping pong, foosball & air hockey is available, also 4x badminton bats are all free for guests of the hotel

Weird dizzying design.. The hotel structure has these standing wooden frames all over which gives a feel of being trapped. The balconies also lack openness due to this design. In the afternoon 230pm there was loud music playing. Also they have karoke live in the middle of the place which ruins the peace that one likes to enjoy at a hill station.

Loved the staff especially anil and mayur from the activities zone Megha at the reception was friendly and courteous Prince at the valet was helpful too Samapti gave us a very warm welcome while the chef anirudh met all our expectations Special mention to Jitesh & Irfan at the Malhari restaurant , who were extremely kind and understanding

Our experience was extremely bad as the AC wasn't working. Even after repeated calls to the reception it wasn't rectified nor we were asked to move to another room. Only one our prior to checkout they came and asked if we can move. We were sweating during the night and since we were travelling with the baby it made it worse for her to sleep well. Some of the room lights weren't working. The bath tub was dirty and we had to ask them to clean it. There wasn't a quiet place for dinner too the music was so loud at the lounge that we couldn't sit at the restaurant which is next to it (considering we had an 8 month old baby) We ended up ordering in roon dining and as an apology they just gave us 50% discount on our food. Which i think can't be compared at all to the sad experience that we had Much frustrated us decided not to book Raddison again. Though some of the staffs were polite like Prapti and prince(i hope the name is correct).

Service in the restaurant very slow. Check in proses is very slow. They have given us room after a long delay.
