QatarBed should be king size instead of queen size for a deluxe room at the price. Mattress could have been more comfortable.

IndiaThere is kettle in the room for preparing hot water only.The hotel management should also arrange to provide tea preparing pouches like all other 3 star hotel maintaining.This is mandatory for all 3 star hotel.We have to pay separately for tea which is chargeable.
Hotel is very close to the Rameshwaram temple.Staff are good.

IndiaThe toilets are way smaller than shown in pictures. The sanitary ware can be cleaned a bit better. The comforter should always have a cover on top. I had to use an extra bedsheet underneath the comforter. No body wash or shampoo was provided. The AC in my room was very noisy. Also, the hotel access is through another hotel.
The rooms are decent sized and the mattress is comfortable.

GermanyHotel reception is open 24 hours but night staffs are not well trained to handle any medical emergency situations and they were helpless . They were unable to assist with any medicine from nearby medical store or they even not aware of emergency hospital services. Unfortunately I fall sick due to heat stroke and had to visit emergency hospital in mid night. I would request management to train each staff how to provide responsible service in emergency. One minor incident when I order hot water to take medicine they brought hot and dirty water which by mistake I drank a bit and upon complaining they bring fresh hot water. My concern is again quality of service not checked by the staff or management and it shall be improved.
Checkin and checkout was very smooth. Indead the early checkin and late checkout was helpful with elderly parents. They also helped to arrange Pandit’s for Mandir Darshan. Rooms are clean and specious. There is restaurant R available for nice buffet at reasonable price. Location is very near to the beach and temple.

IndiaThird rated receptionist(kumaresan/murugesan). Careless & rude behaviour.. Totally disappointed in this regard. Looks like the management runs some shady business to avoid taxes. Full amount was collected per booking.com price+taxes, no receipt was issued. The hotel does not have a proper entrance (they have a backdoor entrance of a different hotel). Parking was provided with some third party common parking tourism. They don't have their own. Finally cockroaches all over the room.
Spacious rooms and close to temple. Good House keeping staff. Decent food.
