IndiaThe attitude of the manager was pathetic. We complained about room conditions and he was not interested at all. His excuse was that it is a weekend and there are 800 guests on the property which are really not reasons for not maintaining rooms. He was constantly abusing the staff and letting his frustration on them. He didn't care about customers. Zero empathy for customers and no hospitality at all. The remaining staff was well-behaved and professional. The property is not well maintained. Something or other is not working. Good swimming pool and sitting area around that. Small playing area for kids. Bicycles on the rent. Very large property and will give you a feeling of a town on weekends when it is full. They have very limited staff so you will end up doing most of the stuff including carrying your luggage. Rooms are in bad condition, at least which we got and there were no better alternatives. We booked 2 Delux rooms. One room didn't have a TV and another didn't have a fridge. The bathroom was not dirty but not neat and clean as you would expect. Things were broken inside the bathroom, the mirror was rusted, not a single hook to hang clothes or towels, and the door was broken. AC was not working which we managed to work after multiple follow-ups.
There are not many options for food. You have to take the food package which is Rs. 1,000/- for all meals. Food is veg only. Very limited option. However, decent food, not great but nothing to complain about. Decent outdoor activities including short zipline at a reasonable rate. Kids will enjoy it.

India1. There is no Alacarte .Only buffet. 2. Opted for Deluxe room. Double bed was broken. 3. Blankets and Bedsheets seems to be not cleaned from the day it was purchased 4. Toilets were not all clean 5. Toilet cupboard was shaking 6. AC remotes were not working 7. Room handle were broken 8. Rooms were not painted since ages 9. There is no room service. 10. Rooms phones were not working. 11. Even for one bottle of water, the restaurant in resort don't have it. We have to purchase it from a small shop which is inside the resort 12. Pool had insects in it 13. After fighting we got two slice of bread cheese for my kid. Restaurant doesn't even keep basic food 14. Cotton was getting removed from the towels provided 15. Even bathroom window glass was broken 16. No staff available. All are more busy with the wedding events at the resort. No one is interested in providing service to the existing guests who have paid for the rooms. Paid 6.5 k plus extra 1k per person for the disgusting rooms and services ever Pathetic service. I had taken my parents for the first time in this resort and had a really horrible time. 😕.
