Beautiful glass rooms that offer magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Staff is helpful and courteous. The swimming pool is well maintained n strategically placed. Perfect place to chill with friends and family. Food is good as well.

Poor Maintenance of the property, not clean, insects in the room, entrance road to the property was very bad. There is no name board , or security at the property entrance. The prices are too high compared to the property facilities.

The room fare did not include lunch and dinner, while it should have as this homestay is in a remote place and there are no restaurants nearby. We paid 10k just for the room, which was not worth the money as the room did not have basic facilities like a tea/coffee station. There were lot of power fluctuations. One instance was such that the power went off at the middle of the night, and the generator did not switch on automatically. We waited for 30 min, hoping that the staff would switch it on, and finally it is only after we called that they switched on the power backup.

The location, cottage and the view was really nice. The food was great too.

not much facility as compared to the amount you are paying, like they didn’t give the full size mirror, AC is not there, no cupboards, no Internet, no tv, also not the enough lights in the room

Approach road from main road to be improved Rooms are far from dining area, and at night the lights aren't bright enough to travel upto dining area(especially from family room or village room) Food needs an improvement with few more staff aswell Needs television

The price was too high for the rooms that were offered, we had no WiFi activity and was disconnected. Additionally we had to pay extra money for the rooms in addition to the ₹41K which was paid as the property owner gave us rooms in different locations which causes a lot of chaos( we had elderly people as well as kids under 2yrs. The Area was literally inaccessible and there was no nearby shops or small kirana shops to get food, we had to pay a lot of money for our lunch & dinner (approx 1200+taxes per plate per person) which overshot our budget considerably. Although there was no compromise on the quality however I would like to point out to booking.com.that we were charged exorbitantly and would like a partial/proportionate refund.

Overall the Resort was great good scenic beauty, bonfire and wonderful weather.

The place was gorgeous. Tucked away in a quiet corner of sakleshpur. Surrounded by meadows and forests. The room was spacious and the view from the room was something to look forward to every morning. The staff just made the experience better.
