Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room condition was not well as the tv was not functioning. There was problem in ac while switching on. Electric wire in plug point in some location in the room was in revealing position.

We have not made to stay at hotel which we have booked. We were given a different hotel which is not good and not at all professional. Because the booking was done for rajdarbar but made to stay in different hotel.

Very close to Harminder sahib 2 mins walk... Amazing rooms and very good staff. Washroom was hygiene maintained and all the toilertries were given adequately.

Everything was cheap and low grade. No soap, no tissue roll, stained bedsheets, smelly pillows and quilt, and mold in rooms. We ordered tea and it was served in chipped cups. No iron board and telephone. Very poor service. I booked the hotel after reading the reviews which look fake now.
The fact that the hotel was close to langar hall, Barbara sahib is only plus point

The experience was horrible. We arrived at 11pm on the day of our booking with the intention we will be well rest for the next day in our nice hotel. We already mentioned with a message that we will be arriving at that time 11pm and we said this a day before so they knew. The manager told us the rooms are not available and we should stay someplace else. He blamed us for coming late but we had already made a booking. He made us pay more for another hotel and it wasn’t the best. Everything was unsanitary and not clean. I would explain how when someone books u shouldn’t give their room to someone else but he just wouldn’t understand and would blame us.

The hotel. It needs desperate renovation of interior - wooden doors were rotten, pillows under case had fungal spots on them, the cupboards had dust in them.

Yes stay was comfortable. But additional bed was not comfortable. It was a very bad sofa bed. There were no items for tea in room for morning even the reception boy refused to provide. Stay was okay. Positive point is it was close to golden Temple.
