The breakfast is very poor for European minded guests. Lots of Indian food (mainly bread, pankakes, dal and vegetarian curry) is supported only by eggs, bacon a little bit of cheese and sausages. The bed was extremely hard. The staff is not very attentive: several times we asked for cleaning the room and they failed to do it on time. Also there are swarms of crows, which sometimes are very aggressive.

The hotel is very comfortably situated - just near the finest and very clean beach. Although it needs insignificant renovation, total atmosphere is charming. Hotel territory is quite big and green. Room is quite spacious and comfortable.

Amazing experience!! The location was good but then the best part is how the resort has been accommodating for kids, they have got play area for kids, gardening and other activities . Special mention to staff- they have been super nice and always ready to help.

I had a lovely week - excellent beach, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the food. The Sunset bar is great, and the Beach Hut served brilliant Goan food - both are on the beachfront so a lovely experience. I look forward to coming back.

To make it even better suggest live jazz sessions in beach shack or sunset bar. That would make this otherwise perfect holiday prop even more exciting

It was a very nice stay however sometimes we had concerns about the service and cleanness in the F&B area. The very nice staff needs support and training. The private part of the beach requires regular cleaning. Sometimes we didn't feel comfortable here. The hotel corridors are very acoustic, so because it is a typical large resort for families, the noise from corridors disturbed us sometimes. But usually between 24.00 and 1 am it became quiet. I also would recommend to exchange the plastic "glasses" in the bar and in the resturant on the beach. They seem to be very old and look bad. Even though I have such observations in general our stay here was good I would consider a come back. The price however should be bit lower.

The location is fabulous, direct on the wonderful beach with a part managed by the hotel. Very convenient. The staff in the reception and housekeeping is very nice and efficient. We liked also the reach breakfast buffet. The hotel offers an incredible quality and choice of the food there. The garden and green area areas make the impression. I also valued the massage services (Mr. Guru). The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The sleep quality was very high.

The stray dogs that roam the beach.

Pretty much everything, especially the activities that are available to the guests. The staffs are helpful and courteous. The rooms are comforable, the breafast spread offers different cousins and they are tasty.

Lack variety of restaurants in the evening and cost of drinks were on expensive side.

Location by the excellent beach and golf course with plenty of room on location not feel overcrowded. Staff were very good and made the stay very comfortable - there many but here are few Ajoy in pool bar, Lyan at breakfast & our cleaning team for room 329.

Far from anything interesting other than the beach, a bit pricy for food and drinks.

Great location with a very nice pool and the grounds were spectacular. The breakfast was very nice and the food options were abundant. Very nice place to sit back and relax a couple of days.

Unfortunately they do cater for weddings at the weekends which are quite noisy when you want to relax. We didn’t enjoy the hotels beach bar as they were very slow. Otherwise all was good.

The resort is extremely well run and Proffesional. All the staff were excellent as was our garden room. Congratulations to the gardening team as well as they work tirelessly and the grounds are very well Maintained. The location is good and there are about 5 beach bars/restaurants within a 10 walking distance. The breakfast was very good but they could do with a few more tables outside .the pool area is lovely.

You should have a lift for your customers. There could be some who are elderly or could be medically disabled. Very important to a have a lift and not take someone through your staff lift.

I really don’t know where to begin on my review to fit into words how incredible our stay actually was at Caravela resort I read so many reviews about this place and this place is absolutely everything you can dream of so ill try be logical and help with the important parts On arrival it’s incredible very beautiful indeed and the staff were very attentive and extremely friendly Our taxi collection was super easy and very comfortable reception staff were great and we had no trouble checking in at all it was literally 20 mins if that then we had staff drive us on a buggy cart to our room the resort is so huge it’s incredible The room was so clean and comfortable and had all the useful things we needed The food was 10/10 in every place we ate and the prices are reasonable the restaurant assistant manager lianne was absolutely amazing she helped my husband arrange a private dinner on the beach and it blown me away she also arranged Lucy to help dress me in my saree for my evening dining at the beach Thankyou so much Service was so efficient and babyrose was just incredible with us The taxi service is there for a reason we did choose to use the hotel taxis it really wasn’t a problem it was a little more expensive however it was comfortable and very safe and professional The resort did have events every day however it did not interrupt our stay what so ever and we actually enjoyed watching them We had a sea view room so we was in ear shot of the events and we could barely hear it The beach was gorgeous and it was clean Such a great location You could spend so much time here relaxing and making wonderful memories we never got bored The pool is great and the staff were great too The hotel takes privacy very seriously so any invasion of privacy was dealt with immediately although we never had a problem with this at all If you want luxury great service and the most beautiful surroundings full of greenery and immaculate scenery then book here you won’t regret it at all...
