Our rooms were extremely noisy, in the (late) evening noise from the restaurant sounds like there's a party right in front of the door. The restaurant only offered buffet in the evening when all we needed was a plate of french fries for our little son. Rather suboptimal. When we ordered just a cup of tea it took 30min to arrive. Places on the bench are extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was not very good, it felt weirdly organized, refills were sometimes missing for 30min, plate and fork&knife get taken away very swiftly, but no new cutlery is anywhere to be found upon returning from the buffet. The food was mediocre, even though there was a good mix of Indian and international food, the Indian food was too spicy and the international was bland or just not tasty. When we arrived in the mornings, many tables were empty but not ready/clean. I was quite baffled when I was asked whether I wanted to write a review for the breakfast, when there are so many obvious issues unfixed. The room sure looked fancy, but only as long as you don't look too close. The bathroom was rather unpractical (taking a shower flooded the whole thing even). Overall the hotel is too expensive for its what it's offering; nothing was unacceptable, yet many things were not up to par.

This hotel is clearly oriented towards more international standards. The rooms were very nice - we had two connecting rooms for the family, which we appreciated. The view was quite nice, and noises from outside were not disturbing. Staff is extremely friendly and helping with anything we needed, communication in English is perfectly possible. Airport transfer is offered directly by hotel drivers. The hotel is very well located for some trips to the local markets.

I have stayed 6 nights during my business trip. Our business partner strongly recommended this hotel for many reasons. The location is good in the central Pune. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. I will definitely visit again! All staff are kind.

The hotel is exactly as lovely as the pictures and has lovely staff. Very clean and tidy l loved the food and Satachi was always making sure me and my sister where comfortable during our meals. The kitchen staff provided exquisite food. I will definitely be visiting again. Please keep up the good hospitality it’s perfect.

1. Unfriendly, rude, arrogant, ignorant staff. No discipline or etiquette to talk to guests whatsoever 2. Pathetically slow service. 3. Facilities not only not working properly but not even addressed by the managed to fix it until multiple reminders given.

There's nothing much to like about the hotel. Only went there because of the brand and the services hoping which comes along with it.

1.) Size of the room was good 2.) Good food options - veg & non-veg 3.) good breakfast spread catering to Indian & continental palate 4.) Polite and efficient staff - a special mention of Ms. Santu from Room Service (for her prompt, well-mannered service and attention to detail) and Mr. Avinash from Front Office (for going the extra mile and giving all relevant details of the hotel facilities and of Pune city of his own volition, to make our stay comfortable). A big Thank you to both of them. 5.) Very good location- close to city centre and a stone's throw away from Ferguson College Road - the happening place of Pune city for eateries and shopping.

the staff wasn’t attentive, we carried our own luggage up to the room inspite of asking for help twice! the in room dining service was slow and got our order wrong and cold! the tea at breakfast was cold too!

They don’t take complaints seriously, and rectification of a single complaint is never done even after informing it repeatedly, so its more like they don’t want to change things they have set an order for even after multiple feedbacks

The staff, the service, the ownership, the safety of clients. If you stay in this hotel and get any health issue, do not expect anything from this hotel. I got immediate swollen ankle, can't keep foot on floor, can't even able to standup and the staff came gave me a ice cup and left me there. Internet is useless. It works like 90's. No English movie channel. Staff simply ignore your complaints. Rooms are small and no privacy as all rooms has internal doors.means both you and your neighbours can hear each other very clearly.

Worst hotel. I had twisted my foot causing ankle fracture due to the fault in steps if staircase. Hotel completely ignored the incident. They not even helped us in booking taxi for the hospital. The staff in restaurant actually saw the accident but did nothing. Not even helped me by providing support to get down. I got swollen ankle they just provided a cup of ice and simply forgot about it. I was alone on the steps and had to call my wife to help me walk as she was in the restaurant. Pathetic service.
