Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It is little far from mandir but still the property was very nice. I can again choose the same property for my stay.

Just the location.
The owner was welcoming. Arranged tasty dinner on short notice. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Home made food was amazing.

We had an amazing experience at Rashi Homestay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Not only did they provide comfortable accommodation, but they also went out of their way to assist us in arranging an auto and cab for our temple visit. When one of our family members fell ill, they promptly arranged a doctor on short notice, showcasing their genuine care and concern. The home-cooked dinner meals were absolutely delightful and made us feel truly at home. Their warm and welcoming nature made us feel like part of their family. We highly recommend Rashi Homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and caring stay. We would definitely return in the future!

I don't say that I don't like but some upgradation must be done just like charging sockets, attached washroom or little bit more comfortable beds.
It's feel like old school charm, if you are looking u r nostalgia and peaceful environment u must stay there, the main USP of this place is Home Made food (on paid basis but we get complementary Breakfast) and the host is to friendly and polite to us, we feel that we are in our relatives house (10 to 15 years back)

Just exceptional! Nothing negative
Staying at this homestay was like staying with family! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, arranging transportation after our train journey and helping us get rickshaws at nominal rates, saving us from unnecessary expenses. The whole family is a delight, especially the kids, who are so respectful and caring. The homemade food was absolutely delicious, which was a huge relief for our group of 12 after traveling. It truly felt like home away from home. Would recommend 10000/100!

Believe me ! This stay was one of my best stays in my life I came with my family of 11 members i just saw postive reviews and booked the place But the stay was beyond my expectations, Starting from picking me &my family from Naka bypass in the rain and the tasty meals they provided with warmth and atlast the send off to railway station..everything was great Thanks to Rashi and Sumit who made the stay even more sweeter with their helping natural in the end,.my family was soo emotional that, they want to click a picture with the host's family so that they will remember these wonderful for long time Also thanks Uncle for gifting the beautiful Ramjanmabhoomi momento you guys may feel I'm exaggerating things but it's not so,You will know when you guys visit the place

All good 😊 nothing was thr to be disliked according to me ❤️
Everything all though the room was simple but what matters is the people and the owner n his daughter did everything to make us feel comfortable. They provided us yummy breakfast n when we asked the amount they denied to take any charges. It was totally free. Would recommend this and my forever go to place in Ayodhya whenever I will visit again. It will take hardly 15 minutes from this place to ayodhya dham. I m grateful for the service and comfort they hv provided. Happy stay 😊🙏
