No minuses. Well, maybe one - I didn't get those nice yummy pancakes for breakfast on my 2nd day because they run out of those : )

Hotel is nice, rooms and bathrooms are clean, bed is comfortable, owners are very kind. There is also good restaurant in hotel and few nice areas for sitting outside. Main bus station and metro station are near by.

Very warmly welcomed, greeted by the owner upon my arrival. Had flawless arranged transport pick up from the train station at a fair price & a very kind man. I was unfortunately ill in bed for my first 24hrs in Jaipur and the lady of the household was very kind to me. Hot water for shower was on demand & toiletries were provided. Room & bathroom was spacious, extremely clean & welcoming. The marble was beautiful throughout. Aircon worked well. The room & property was well maintained & charming. My room overlooked the front of the home with a spacious balcony which was shared with local peacocks! The property was situated on a very quaint & quiet street. Breakfast was included with tea, coffee, fruits, egg toast sandwiches & delicious Indian rice. Unfortunately, I never got to eat the egg sandwich. Toast & bananas were provided for me on request as well as bottled water & hot water. Fridge was provided in the room. Staff was courteous. A tad pricey but I felt worth it being I was in bed for 24 hrs, comfortability is key.

This little gem in the heart of Jaipur its at least a 3/4 star by uk standard, pretty outlook, very quaint, great staff good food and lovely clean rooms a must stay in Jaipur. The hotel recommended a tour guide Sanjay he’s reasonable priced, speaks good English and a safe driver.

Room could do with thicker curtains to block early morning sunlight. The positives absolutely make up for this though. 100% recommend.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in, in India so far. Great value for money. The building, garden and communal areas are stunning and well kept making you want to hang out there, good size rooms and well equipped bathrooms. It’s located in a quiet street but with easy access to main roads and transport. It’s in a fairly centric location. Breakfasts was good and all staff were friendly and helpful. If you stay here, you get both, the family business/B&B and luxury feeling at the same time which is rare. Thanks!

A calm quiet oasis set in a beautiful garden but with only a short distance by tuktuk to the city centre. Kind thoughtful hosts with an excellent chef . Highly recommended.

It is such a nice and cozy place. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy your time. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Amazing hosts. They are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here when I visit Jaipur again.

Due to travel we checked in late by 8:15pm. And I personally called owner and informed this beforehand. Still On reaching we were told in house dining is already closed. Owner said we should have told him earlier if we wanted dinner. Now, how are we suppose to know all these internal rules? Ideally it was their duty to keep us updated when I had called. Anyways with my tired family n kids we went in search of dinner n found it nearby.

Located in calm residential area but still a few mins walk from busy Station Rd. Well maintained property, gardens and rooms. Kids got happy seeing Peacock roaming around.

Loved everything about this room! Both the room and bathroom are incredibly spacious, clean and feel like luxury. Absolutely loved the front garden which has beautiful flowers, peacocks, and tortoises! We had the breakfast here which includes a great mix of western and indian options. Great facilities too as there was a mini fridge in the room, a bottle of mineral water provided, and an option for a laundry service (I used this - it was very quick and affordable). Will definitely return here on my next visit to Jaipur.

The breakfast options were very limited.

The peacocks! We absolutely loved the fact that they had pet peacocks. the room was bigger than we thought and the view of the yard from our room was amazing.

the property is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to. they also have a lovely little garden that is well attended to which is quite a change for us in India.

We had 3 nights in Rawla Rawatsa and really enjoyed our wonderful big, clean and cosy room, the terrace with amazing view and breakfast with everything you need. The staff was very friendly and assisted with every need and question we had. We even received a breakfast-bag as we had to leave very early in the morning. Highly recommended.

The bed is hard sponge but comfortable.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in for a long time, whether in southeast Asia or Europe. What makes this hotel so special to me is the sincerity of the hospitality of the owner and staff. The owner went out of his way to help me confirm my clothing order from a local tailor shop at 10:30 pm. He drove me around the neighbourhood to find the shop as I lost the shop's phone number. There is a peacock that comes to the balcony in the morning! The hotel is full of tranquility, and it's such a welcome respite from the busy main streets in Jaipur. The hotel is clean and well decorated in Rajasthani style. It is situated in a nice neighbourhood with quiet traffic, although you can easily walk to the nearest metro station. There are tuk tuks waiting outside ready to take you on a day tour for a reasonable price. Again I have nothing but gratitude for the hotel and the staff. If you have any doubts or worries about your accommodation in india, stay at this place and feel with your heart and mind what it is like.

Nice place and helpful hosts. Very nice Bonda meal for breakfast. Place close to main attractions. Property well maintained with nice garden and a terrace.
