Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Property location is well situated near Venna lake and Bagicha. Staff is courteous and very polite. They cater to all our request promptly. The manager/reception people all were always smiling and eager to help in all possible manner. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The entire property was excellent. It is clean and picturesque. Bonus point was the entertaining games like Go Karting, rifle shooting, zipline, mirror maze etc is available on property thanks..a lot team ..enjoyed our visit. Will visit again

buffet was pathetic. our package included breakfast, but when we went for the buffet, hardly 2 dishes were kept in the buffet, with the price what they had taken in the package it was not worth.
Property is beautiful, location is beautiful. Had booked to rooms, stary was very much comfortable. I had booked Delux queen room,, but did not find any difference between delux queen room and delux double room, both look same. anyways overall property experience was very good.

Breakfast was not as per hotel standard. Need some improvement and more dishes.
The location was good and easily accessible to all points and market area. Staff were good. The outdoor activities were superb and my family enjoyed lots. The ice Gola was delicious.

Swimming pool is unclean maybe because no use in cold.
Location is good. Restaurants around are good too. It has go karting and activities. Family crowd. Felt comfortable.

The Breakfast Buffet is not as per the expectations from a standard hotel like Red Button.
Breakfast was not that good. Either Hotel should stop providing breakfast otherwise if they want to continue please improve the size and quality

Internet connectivity was very poor. Swimming pool was smaller than expectation and the water was not very clean.

The breakfast was all cold unfortunately. The room they showed us first wasn't very well maintained but the cottage was very comfortable. The room, especially the bathroom, could do with a little upkeep. The TV didn't work either.
Location was good. Breakfast was tasty too, and the cottage was very comfortable. Great for a weekend away.

The breakfast is good. But the food served in dinner needs to be better did not meet the expectations. Even the pool needs to be maintained.
Location is excellent, the view from the room is too good. Enjoyed a lot. Even though I visited the hill station in the Month of May but due to location it had pleasant weather and had a very great experience.
