The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near to beach and market I found it easy to get around and make the most of my trip.staff was helpful Overall, my experience at ritchita beach way was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing stay. I will definitely return on my next visit!

I Really dint like the Way Manager send Staff to the Room with QR Code to Pay Room Bills. And I Found This Really strange.

I feel really bad to Give my disappointment about this property. One of the worst place I have stayed in my life. I won't say bad about the property. Property is perfact need little maintenance. Main part is the staff of the hotel. And I found most lazy and greedy staff in this place. They Do not know how to greetings guest , how to welcome Guest. They walk to my Room with the QR code and Asked me to Pay for the Room which I found Really Weird. Nobody Smiles, nobody say good morning,namaste. If you order anything first they ask for pay. So it was strange stay for me. So overall I will say it was wierd Experience For me. Resort must Find A Good manager and Good Staff. Only best things About the Resort is they have Good Cook. Manager have No sense of Human, No Dressing sense and Do not know how To greet Guest. I am just Writing All this Because I am A hotelier myself and I have 25 Years of Experience and First Time I have Write Review like this. And This Review I just Wrotw For the Owner of the Property so Owner must Take this Serious for his Beautiful Property .

The washroom and overall cleanliness of the property was extremely poor. There were stains of tobacco being spat on the walls and what not. I would not go there again.

Nothing in hotel looks like in the photos. The pool was dirty and the tiles were damaged and u can't use it and the rooms had a bad smell and the toilets wer not hygiene and too much smell was there so we cancel the booking we dint stayed there cause I was travelling with kids and I dint wanted my kids to get sick really bad experiences cause of this we had to search many other hotels for rooms with kids in car and we struggled a lot cause of the misleading photos in the booking.com .

I recently stayed at Ritchita beach way in Goa . Just a short walk from beach . The room was spacious ideal for relaxation. The service was exceptional thanks to the entire team specially mr Prashant. The food was tasty I highly recommended it for everyone for visited north Goa.

The bathroom was a dirty filthy death trap with electrical live wires right by the shower all exposed the toilet was disgusting 🤮 and filthy . Also i had booked bed and breakfast which i didn’t get i was told the kitchen was being cleaned
