If you have mobility issues then steps to the beach might be a challenge but my husband managed with the steps sometimes with staff help. We missed not having the opportunity for Goan food as restaurant did not serve this. Also massage very average and not really Ayurvedic.

Stayed in deluxe cottage which was an excellent size, very comfortable bed and recently refurbished. Food was was very good and restaurant staff were very helpful to my elderly husband giving care and attention to make him feel comfortable. All the staff were pleasant. Beach very clean and not crowded.

Everything was great - the vibe, the service, the restaurant/bar, the beach, the location, the room, the staff - all excellent and I would return again in the future. Special thanks to Sanjay who does such a great job in his role of looking after guests and making them feel welcome.

The main issue is with the Restaurant services. Their service was really slow and prices were way too high. You could easily find cheaper options in the nearby places. In the night, when the surrounding cafes are still open and playing songs to attract more customers, these restaurant's staff starts winding up.

The most value part is the location which is right on the beach. The rooms were cozy and they had a good bathroom facilities. They should add some more furniture like cupboard to properly keep the luggage. The bed was comfortable. The real bummer was the lock of the main room door. It was not easy to understand the lock mechanism at all. Sometimes, even the key used to stuck in it.

Amazing location, right on the beach with everything you need, sun loungers and a great bar and restaurant. The rooms have recently been renovated with a good bathroom. Most importantly the staff here are super friendly, both in the hotel and the restaurant which made me feel very comfortable, thank you! Especially to Sanjay who made sure I had everything I needed for my stay.

Although it doesn't have a view of the beach, it is only a few seconds' walk away, so not bad! It's a shame you have to buy water in plastic bottles in Goa, but this applies to almost all accommodation and eating places, unlike Kerala & Karnataka.

I chose this to have one night with a bit more comfort before several days in hostels! It was spacious, comfortable and ideally located, only a few metres from the beach and its own restaurant, which has a good variety of food. I appreciated the foot bowl of water outside the door, so it's easy to wash sand off your feet before going inside.

Outside drinks not allowed in shack. They don't let you chill your beers too. You have to buy from them. The mgmt is different for rooms and shack restaurant

The room i booked was the cheapest on the property. There was no ceiling fan but in February standing fan was enough for the night. Weather was pleasant. Room was basic to keep bag and sleep. One room had cupboard another didn't.

Basic huts with AC and bathroom but fairly reflected in the very reasonable price. No beach view but on the beach in 20 steps so not an issue. Palolem is a great fun resort.

The location is superb, staffs were very friendly specially Sanjay, food was amazing, quite family friendly atmosphere, best part was they even lit earthen lamps on Diwali around the whole premises.

There were very frequent power cuts, which put the place into total darkness and made sleeping uncomfortable in the night with no A/C or fan. Also, there were many mosquitos, so it would be beneficial to have anti-mostquito repellent inside of the bedrooms. Plus, a complementary bottle of filter water for the price paid would have been appreciated.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, A/C and fan, plus sockets on each side of the bed. The bathroom was also very clean and well-kept, plus a front porch. The added bonus is that it is less than a minutes walk to the beautiful beach.

Size of the room was small, plus it was not with proper lighting. But it was clean overall.

The cottage is located right beside the Palolem beach. Rooms are clean, but bit smaller in size. There is a restaurant attached to the shack, which offers tasty good food.

Location was absolutely great. Staff were very friendly. We had an issue with the A/C and they were able to fix in 5 minutes (compressor broke). The only thing I'd said is that is a bit expensive this place in comparison to other hotels in India.

We had been there for 2 days and staff is very friendly. Rooms were cleaned and they clean the room everyday. Air condition, warm water was present. They were also helpful to find the best things surrounding like finding the best and cheapest boat riding. We are vegetarian and we had the food in the same place. Food was really good and all of us liked it. It was very tasty and food is not at all expensive. I would definitely visit this place again when I travel to Palolem beach.

The Checkin Process can be a little better.

The Location is Amazing and the breakfast is yummy. The rates at the restaurant are very reasonable. The staff is very cordial and always available to help you.
