Our three-day stay at the beachside hotel was nothing short of magical. The huts, nestled right on the sandy shores, provided instant access to the breathtaking beach. The beauty of the surroundings left us mesmerized, and we found ourselves enchanted by the scenic view. The tranquility of the residence was unparalleled, prompting us to spend entire days simply soaking in the serenity. When evening descended, the ambiance transformed into a scene of romance and relaxation, with candlelit tables adding to the enchantment. Special mention goes to the incredibly helpful and friendly managers, Aayush and Deepak, whose hospitality enhanced our experience. We left with a desire to return, knowing that this idyllic retreat would be our first choice for future visits to Goa. For anyone seeking the quintessential Goan experience, this beachfront heaven is an absolute must- stay destination.

The only thing I would have liked that they didn’t have was a lid to the bathroom bin.

It’s in the best part of Palolem beach and the staff of both the huts and restaurant go out of their way for you.

Room was dark , not clean. Bed was rock hard. I would not recommend staying here. I asked after first night for partial refund, this was denied Staff in restaurant and bar fabulous, but accommodation was awful.

Location is perfect. If possible go for the sea facing balcony room. Excellent staff and amaing service; They were very helpful from check-in to check-out.

Staff didn't provide free drinking water from the filter. when asked for water refill in my bottle they answered that we will only give you tap water. the other time I asked for hot water they answer that they only serve water to the people in the restaurant which was right under my room.

Room was in poor condition. Bathroom tap leaking throughout our stay. Washbasin coming loose. Indoor lighting not great. Very basic.

The restaurant staff only Respond to foreigners. They treat us Indians like aliens. The restaurant is run by Nepali guys and they show racism towards us Indians. It's better to opt for other restaurants even though if you stay at Royal touch beach huts.

Sea view room had big green restaurant underneath. If you sat on chair on balcony you couldn’t see over the green roof to see the sea. We used shower room at end of day to prepare to go to the airport and was given a dirty towel each to use. The shower room/toilet stinks of urine!!

This beachside residence is one of many along the bay, and together they form a fairly crowded tourist hotspot. We observed some of the other folks staying there being quite rude to staff members. Both the coffee and the chai at the restaurant were subpar, but the food was good.

The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The rooms were well-equipped and clean. Sandeep, Sanjay and the rest of the team were very nice and helpful. Pro tip: if you walk to the southern end of the beach and climb across the little hill, you get to a very quiet little bay where you can have a drink in peace.

No fridge!

Everything. Lovely little piece of paradise. Staff were really wonderful and we are going to book a much longer stay there for next trip. Was really sad to leave there. Food and service in the bar was top quality.
