Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A quick walk from the Delhi Arocity metro station, where many restaurants were nearby. An ideal location for a short stay! The bathroom could have more better for cleaning

Nice location close to the airport. + Friendly staff with excellent service. Room was comfortable and clean . Wifi internet is fast . Such an amazing experience. The amenities provided are perfect for me, the food was delicious and the level of cleanliness is superb. Thanks you front desk mr. Kailash who was very friendly

After reaching there, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation. It turned out that they had registered two different profiles on Booking.com, both for RTS Hotel. The person at the reception said they don’t accept bookings from the profile I used, but they could offer me a room—at double the price listed on Booking.com. With my big luggage and limited time, I had no choice but to take the room. However, the quality of the room was not up to the mark, especially considering the price. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, it was quite disappointing. This was the first time I faced such an issue with Booking.com.
The location and the room was big.

Garbage in bags on every floor, right on the floor in front of the elevator. Teenagers and children working there. This is not a hotel. We did not stay.

Hot water needed to be requested to turn on but when we did, the water was nice and hot. Make sure to get a room to the back ( no window). The windows to the front let in all bad air, smell and noise even when closed. The area is not nice and lots of touts. It is Delhi.
The price was good, for extension nights we got a good deal. Also we were let into the room in the morning at 9:00 at no extra charge - could have been by mistake. If you go here, make sure to talk to Mr Singh as he is the only one helpful, organised, English speaking. Good located to the metro aero city and to the airport.

We are really pleased with our stay at the RTS HOTEL as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Delhi. Excellent location right on main road. The staff are very good l, especially the Reception staff Mr. Kailash who were very friendly and helpful.

Booked the hotel based on reviews. Very disappointed to say the least. On arrival we were told that only cash will be accepted. The owner / manager however arrange for card payment after I told him I do not have enough cash. The room was very dirty, dirt marks on the wall and it hasn’t been dusted for ages. No hot water….. tried to call reception, the telephone didn’t work. Walked down to reception to be told I need to inform them beforehand and then they will send a bucket of warm water to the room. All of above happened without any pre communication. Will not stay there again

It was very noise and old furniture inside, also there was not kitchen, so you should search for another place to eat. Property has SPA, but I can’t find any information about it. For this money you can find better place
