We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is good as it is close to metro station and market area. I had to wait for sometime as my room was not ready when I arrived there. Hot water was a little problem in the begining but it was taken care of later. Over all a good stay.

The hotel was in a good location and central to all the shopping places we wanted to visit. The staff were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. As a group of 4 females, We felt very safe in the hotel and in the area as it was a busy location.

IndiaThe room was clean and same as the pictures. The hotel staff was very supportive. They were always ready to help and prompt. The food was also good. The hotel is in a good location you can easily find a cab at their door. Karol Bagh Market and metro station are just a few steps away. I'll recommend this hotel for a further stay.

IndiaIt is an awesome hotel with all the basic facilities that is provided in a budget hotel. I stayed in another hotel before coming into this hotel. That hotel did not provided hot water as promised in the website. But, Rupam hot water was readily available throught the day. The rooms are nice and cozy with wooden floors. They have a restaurant adjoining the hotel building which has a variety of tasty items to offer from their menu. Staff is good and very polite. Highly recommended

IndiaHotel rupam is a perfect budget friendly hotel situated in the heart of the city. I could conveniently walk down to the market area till late at night and also to the metro station which is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel rooms are spacious with neat and clean washrooms. The staff is friendly and helped me every possible way and showed their concern about my stay in the hotel. Their restaurant on the ground level has a nice ambience and serves good food. I liked their momos platter very much. I will surely be coming back to stay in this hotel in my return from Varanasi.

IndiaI had a wonderful stay in hotel Rupam. The management made sure of providing me the maximum comfort in every possible way. The staff is very polite and efficient in their service. I had stayed in other hotels in the same area in the same month but none of the hotel provided hot water , but in Rupam it was readily available any time. My room was spacious with clean bed sheets and fresh towels. The location is very good if anyone wants to travel by metro or wants to visit the market. Their restaurant serves excellent food with quick service . I am sure to stay in this hotel whenever I plan my visit to New Delhi.
