Everything. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Whatever is needed they provide and try to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect.

Typical to India's urban areas, there is some street traffic noise but since I always travel with white noise machines it was okay. I am certain most other rooms are much quieter. Probably very fine with most people I did find the bed mattress to be super firm.

I very much enjoyed staying at the first floor front room. The super kind & helpful owner is extremely accommodating as he went out of his way to make sure everything was in order ensuring my stay was super comfortable & relaxing. He really cares about his guests! The beautiful flooring, brightness from the big windows, the nice sized well-tiled & ventilated bathroom, sunny balcony, nicely appointed ceiling & good storage space are all highlights. There is a shared basic kitchen area as well as common area sofas & couches. All-in-all DEFINITELY can recommend a stay here, even a long term one.

Not very impressed with the stay. Not many facilities were available. Even basic facilities like towels, hand wash and other toiletries were not provided. Pretty sure these are basic things to be provided by the host. Except for a bed and water nothing's provided. So it's more suitable for bachelors than a family. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone expect for those who want to crash there for a night or two. Also the host is very commercial they charge you 200Rs for room service every day for every room but do not even ask to come to clean the room for you, so not sure why I've paid this for the 3 days I've stayed. Also they take 200Rs a night again for car parking. So please take a note of all this before going as we missed checking all this. I was told the common area is accessible which has a kitchen, however it was locked all the time and I didn't have the time to call the host and check for it.

The location of the place is good and the rooms are also kept quite clean. Host was flexible to provide a late check-in.

The room was big and comfortable , but they have to improve on the type of bed they use and they have to provide toiletries and towel in the room , that's basic for any property, they also should provide bottled water and cutlery and plates in the room , should also have power backup , have slept 2 nights without any power and room filled with mosquitos , They have to mention their rules and regulations when the guest checks in not at the moment when they are about to check out. There are a lot of things that need to be improved if they want to run this successfully
