IndiaAll the resources were very old. All metal objects were rusted. The complimentary coffee and tea sachets were not refilled. Not water was served unless asked for. The rooms were not as advertised. It felt claustrophobic at times.

IndiaI am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel in Room no.204. Upon checking into my room, I discovered a hole in the wall near the switch, through which the other side of the wall was visible. This not only compromised the privacy and security of the room but also made the overall environment uncomfortable. I found it concerning that such a defect was present in a room that I expected to be in good condition for a relaxing stay. As a result of this issue, I felt it necessary to check out earlier than planned, as I did not feel secure or comfortable remaining in the room. I am disappointed that my stay was disrupted due to a condition that I believe should have been addressed before offering the room to guests. I would appreciate a response acknowledging the situation and any actions being taken to rectify this for future guests. Additionally, I request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused by the early checkout.

Vietnam- Staff were very unfriendly. None were outright rude, but I didn't see a single one smile during my time, like they didn't want to be there at all. - I asked if they could order me a taxi for a 20 minute drive. They said that they would drive me themselves, but they would charge 1500 rupees. Prices on Uber were a third of that and tuk tuks were even cheaper (< 200 rupees). They would probably benefit from not trying to rip off their guests. - Mediocre breakfast, not many options.
- Rooms are quite comfortable - it was designed nicely, but was showing signs of wear-and-tear. - The mattress on the bed was hard, but a little softer then a lot of other places. - When you consider how cheap it is, it's very good value for money.

CanadaI never stayed the property. None of the taxi drivers from the airport knew where it was. The Google map location on booking.com site took me to a completely wrong location through a road which was not there. I recieve a message from the property before my arrival date that I should call them if I could not find the location and not to give the phone to the taxi driver to ask for directions but they would not pick up the phone either through direct phone call or on WhatsApp. It was a scary experience going in the middle of the night to an isolated Location and I was advised later that it was an unsafe area. The taxi driver took me to another Dodgy hotel. After one to 2 hours, I received a call from the hotel about why I didn’t arrive when I had clearly told them my time of arrival. I would strongly advise any new travellers from booking at such hotels.

AustraliaThis hotel is not 4 stars by any standard. First of all, I did not write the initial review that rated this place 8/10 - my guess was the staff posted a review on my behalf which is disappointing and brought back the stressful and bad memories I had of this place. Due to that, I have taken this time to write this detailed review to warn other travellers. I booked for a night as my arrival to Delhi was at night and I had to catch an early morning flight the next day. But this place is run down and both bed sheets and towels stained and torn. Two rooms that I was shown had the same exact condition. As a solo female traveller, I felt unsafe as I did not see any other female staff or traveller. My only regret was that I did not leave the hotel and stayed overnight at Delhi airport. If it had not been late at night, I would have had the courage to call out for a taxi to get me back to the airport.
Staff was trying to be helpful when I needed the wifi and asked for rooms to be changed at check-in.

GermanyThe hotel is quite dirty in general (facilities and bedroom). The table, the toilets and the bedsheets were not cleaned. In the room we could really here everything from the street, really noisy. Just to inform you, the pickup service they are offering at the airport is expensive for the distance: 800inr (price as mentioned on the page) + 200inr for parking (we don't see the bill, the driver just asked for money basically) so total of 1000inr. We paid less than 300inr to reach the city center the day after (35 minutes car).
The hotel is indeed nearby the airport (7 minutes by car from the international terminal) and the staff is nice.

United KingdomDirty bedding with hair and stains all over, hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest. Dirty towel, no hand or face towels. Slippers left by previous guest still in the room. The room also smelled of cigarettes. Hotel is in a dodgy location down a poorly lit alley. The receptionist at check in tried to rip me off for the airport transfer charging more than what they had noted in their confirmation email. The shower didn’t work properly. The area where the food was being prepared looked very dirty so didn’t bother with the complimentary breakfast. I suspect a lot of fake reviews have been made by the hotel as there is no way this is a 4 star hotel. Would not recommend staying here even if it’s just for one night before a flight! Only good thing was a different receptionist on check out helping to change my taxi time so I could get out of there earlier.
