Breakfast and dinner was very bad. No taste. Took more than your to serve. Staff was also not polite.

Everything- the location in Booking is wrongly, is not near to the terminals as shown. I was transferred to another and worse hotel in the middle of the night - it is a scam

The price on email was written 2500. But the manager said room itself is 2700+ 500 gst. Also asked for 800 rupees for travelling from airport to room. Actual price in Uber is 150 rs alone . The manager didn’t even mention there is a free breakfast.

The bed linen was dirty, the staff were not friendly, breakfast was poor we got toast no butter, they didn't really understand what we were ordering. The bathroom was ok, not like U.K hotels. Way too overpriced for what we got. We got rooms by reception, it was noisy all night.

Don’t fall for the pictures. the rooms are a tragedy. we checked in and when we had to pay they forced us To pay in cash. after long argument they agreed to accept card payment. we ordered for a taxi - in booking doct come they have mentioned 400 to 600 rupees- they charged us 2500 rs. and we had to wait in the airport for 90 minutes. we asked for booking a trip to Taj Mahal in Innova - and they were trying to rip of my friends who were foreigners from Slovakia - they were charging 6000 rs more than the normal taxi rate . the rooms were smelly and everything is very old and shabby. the attitude of the guy in the reception was rude and awful. Of our 16 days stay in India this was the most awful place and stay we had. Don’t spoil your vacation in this hotel with such rude people

Scam. used my phone to rate 5-star in google reviews without asking. no amenities. bad smell in the room. definitely not a 4-star hotel as it claimed.

We arrived at the hotel middle night and the reception person told us to go to a different property. We were very confused so we drove a bit in the same street to the next building. When we got there I felt uncomfortable even getting out of the taxi. We ended up driving back to the airport and spent the night seating at the airport.

We made a booking, the hotel accepted, and we arrived 20 minutes later. Upon arrival, the hotel said they had no rooms (after having just accepted our booking!) The manager repeatedly tried to convince my wife and I to get into a stranger's car - at 11 at night - to go to a hotel with a "better room". The hotels they tried to send us too were cheaper and lower quality - but they wanted to charge full price. We demanded to stay at the hotel we booked - remember, they had accepted our booking just 20 minutes earlier. They prepared a room for us - smaller, dirtier, and not the room we booked. They still charged us full price. It's a classic bait-and-switch scam.

After arguing for 20 minutes, they agreed to give us a room instead of demanding we get into a stranger's car to go to another hotel they promised would be "better" at 11 at night.. We were given a smaller, dirtier and cheaper room than we had booked, and charged full price.

Rooms are too small for double occupancy They don’t provide split beds The bracket provided to keep dry clothes in bathroom are too high .. a person with normal height also can not access Flow at tap water in bathroom is very low The breakfast menu is too short very little veriety

Bathroom was dirty. Floor wet shower type and wet before we showered. Shower was poor quality But price was b cheap Area was appalling. No where nice to walk to eat

Shocking communication from staff on room availability. They sent me in a taxi to another hotel (D'Capitol), however, the driver was trying to sell me into a different hotel altogether at a cheaper rate. At the new hotel, I was initially given a twin room rather than the double that I booked - which had an awful smell and an unclean bathroom. After arguing with the staff I was finally able to get access to a King room which I booked. The room's door had clear signs of damage and the facilities were very basic (as per pictures) but clean - you get what you pay for here!
