We booked the hotel for a night stay. Right from check-in to check-out everything was hassle-free. Food was of good quality. Rooms were clean. Pick up and drop was available for temple.

Not so much a dislike but a concern: the stairways near the restaurant are made of beautiful black marble, but that means that the contrast between steps is low, especially in the evening. So mind your steps when using those steps 😁

This hotel is a gem! It is located only 500m from the Mandir area/center but the hotel nevertheless offers a free drop-off/pick-up service by comfortable car. The room was spacious, comfortable. The service is EXCELLENT, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves some delicious dishes that you just have to try! And great service there also! Without a doubt superb value for money for the room and facilities with service and kindness that money can’t buy!

Nice people at Reception like Ganesh, Pravin and Nilesh. Complimentary drop off/ pick up to temple, medical shop was very helpful and the drivers were very friendly. We were surprised that it’s GM presented us with a nice Sai Mantra printed safron color towel and a Sai Devasthanam’s 2023 diary which I will preserve. thanks

Cleanliness wise it was excellent, Staff was very very courteous especially Nilesh Ji at the reception, Restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive Sunil,Rani. Worth even penny and we were looked after well. It's definitely a repeatable stay on our next visit to Shirdi.

this is a above average hotel in Shirdi. well located on a side road just a two min walk from the Shirdi temple Darshan gates. well lit road, low to no traffic with lots of other hotels on this road enabled us to walk back comfortably even around 11 pm in the night from the temple. hotels facilities are competent, they have a pick up drop off service to the temple if you can’t walk, rooms are clean reasonably appointed and breakfast was ok. excellent value for money

The location of property is great, Temple is just walking distance but they provide pick up as well as drop service at 24 * 07 number of times . The rooms were clean and staff was very courteous.

There is nothing that we did not like.

This was our second stay at this property and it really felt like we were coming home. Everything was perfect from check in to checkout. The food was exceptionally tasty, the breakfast being the highlight. The staff including the security guard outside were warm and friendly and extremely helpful.
