Perfect stay for families and pet friendly too.The rooms and bathroom were neat and tidy . Air conditioning was proper . Kettle for hot water, tea and milk sachets ,were provided .Hospitality was good. Food was good and  very homely preparation . The receptionist  & other  Staff were polite and always ready to help. Overall a  very pleasant stay. No complains. Would Definitely recommend to family and friends.

I liked everything in this hotel there is no issue in my stay. For me first comes hotel front office management and then the staff for which I will give 10 on 10 then cleanliness 10 on 10 ..then price which is affordable with all such facilities. Breakfast alu para is very good. On the whole there is nothing left for me where I did not liked it. Everything was ok.

My bus got cancelled all of a sudden and luckily I booked this hotel which is in shirdi 1km away from shirdi saibaba temple.The hotel staff responded very well and received well . Staff , ambience, cleanliness was up to the mark.Rooms were maintained well. Locality was pleasant. Next time if I visit to shirdi temple by grace of saibaba I would definitely love to book this hotel. Hotel chef prepared food as per the instructions, which was really yummy in taste. Thanks to the chef and hotel management for bringing such a responsible staff. Good thing is that staff helped me to put the luggage in and out .Thanks to hotel staff once again and hotel is secured . Front office management is really polite and good management etiquette they followed, they had addressed my asks very well.

Payment details was forwarded already as per directions. At the time of occupation also , the Payment details was given. While vaccating time they delayed, for the payment details , unnecessarily, saying that some more money is due to them. Total harassment for twenty minutes

Best pet-friendly hotel in Shirdi. Value for money. Just 10 minutes walk from the temple. The breakfast so tasty and the staff always attentive. I would strongly recommend staying here. It is also safe for single women travellers since Kajal and Sharat take care of the guests like family

Management people are fantastic. Rooms are clean and beds and comfortable. They are not money hungry people who will take advantage of your situation . I had an emergency and they were very compassionate and helpful. All the staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonder how Booking.com has this hotel suggestion with high rating ? Something wrong with Booking com suggestion and worst experience through Booking.com 1) they sent message one day before to pay 50% total cost as advance . Never heard this before from Booking .com . Had to pay since we don’t mess last minute . 2) they charged 7000 Rs for one day( 3 rooms) that too we checked in morning 8 am and checked out around 7pm . Kind of dirty environment and booth rooms are not clean and water not flowing through and wet floor . 3) they Breakfast option - some young boys casual cooking with some items are serving . 4) Some rooms no hot water and had to follow up turn on . 5) they say 1 KM from temple etc , we have to go through some auto for 2-3 KM which is another mis leading

Phone and AC were not working in the room. Inspite of the compliant nobody could fix it. There are no staff available in the morning before 8am so even TV or breakfast is not available

The property is very nice, I have stayed with my family and the owner of the property MS Kajal is so nice and treated us as own family members and check out time extended till late evening with minimum charges. thanks a lot to the property management.

Location is 1 km away. Food was not like home food. Also expensive .

The location of the hotel was in a pathetic place. They didn't even have basic. facility of pickup and drop from the hotel to the temple which every hotel in Shirdi provides. Also, the rates quoted on the booking.com site and what they actually charged us was different. We were charged for breakfast which we did not even have there. Staff is too laid back. No assistance provided for transportation.
