The facility has to be kept clean. The bath rooms accessories were in bad condition. The blankets weren't clean. The television in the room didn't have channels subscribed and the check in and check out time should be 24hrs from the time of check in instead of 12:00 Noon. My train was at 4:30 PM and i had to check out the room by 12PM and stay out side with the luggage.

The location is just a walk way from the main temple. The facility is just on the main road and easy to locate.

Staff is really helpful. I have been to shirdi for the darshan , they helped me in giving me details about the darshan and also helpful for me during my checkout by keeping my luggage safe when I have been out for darshan. I really appreciate the staff who were helpful for me at every point, Wifi was having an issue to get connected, they promptly took a step and ensure it gets connected.

cumod was broken, size of bed was very small not even 6 foot, room was changed but bed was same small than 6 foot.

I booked it on booking.com 15 days back and after reaching there the person saying no rooms are there and again I checked on booking.com and showing one room that I showed but he told its booking.com sever issue. again I searched and went to another hotel

nothing liked. these people will sell their property to others and say there are no rooms and having issue with booking com

When asked for hot drinking water, they gave me water in railneer bottle which is the water bottle they sell at the railway stations. How freakin pathetic is that. The rooms were not at all clean(don't be fooled by the good reviews, they all are paid or something). The hotel is not at all maintained.

Except the location, everything else were worst. If you wanna put 4.5k for 3 nights just look for a different hotel, there are a lot of options way way better than this.

Staff were really helpful and co operative they even arranged for Cab services at reasonable rates. The hotel is located very close to Saibaba Temple Gate No 2. Cleanliness and amenities were ok and funtional, truely value for money stay.

The bedsheets, blankets, pillow covers are dirty. On the first glance the room didn’t look good. The bathroom is bad, the flush is a disaster.

The staff are friendly and polite, hot water is good enough. The location is very good, main saibaba temple is just 4 mins from the hotel. You can find all the restaurants near the hotel.

Owner before,told me cancel online booking and told to pay by the cash,after cancellation she charged extra money compared to online booking charges,so much of attitude,wrost place,don't visit again.

Not at all hygienic

The only plus was the location but rest all was very disappointing. In terms of cleanliness it is a big zero. Toilets were not clean pots were as if no body cleaned them ever. Beddings were were very dirty and basic. You could definitely get better hotel in that price. It was an extortion to me

The beds and blankets were awful! the toilet was horrible with no flush! no soap was provided. And no cupboards or hangers at all in the room!

Electric connection was very bad and no tv also.pick up drop was also not atleast to shani temple no tea nothing

Price was too much according to facility It was close to temple and it's was close to food hub.i would love if bathroom was clean in hotel and cloth washing drying facility and sitting arrangement in balcony

Used bedsheets are laid.blankets are very old and unfit for usage.towels are smelly and used ones. No water bottle and bathing materials provided.Rate is good and but not hygienic.
