Alot of things. The facilities are basic. The staff needs a lot of training. At 12 pm at night you can hear more noise from the staff. Very uncomfortable nights. Lack of towels, the receptionist advised me to take towels from the next room, ridiculous. Breakfast is ok but the noise from the kitchen into the breakfast room is bizarrely loud. Management is busy having breakfast themselves with no care in the world. Long way to go. Please put some effort into having hotel management and staff who have some clue about the hospitality sector.

Cleanliness, organisation, lack of advertised facilities, poor service.

When we arrived, the reception was bit chaotic but once we were booked in we had time to look at our room, the Presidential Suite. The room was a good size with a small balcony which was, unfortunately, filthy and did not look like it had been cleaned in months. Although there was a fitted kitchenette, it lacked a hob and the cupboards were completely bare, making the whole setup completely useless. The bathroom was also dirty, with fixtures hanging off the wall and it was missing a shower screen so water went everywhere. I noted that the smoke detector heads had dust caps fitted and when I raised that concern at reception I was told that it didn't matter as "the system doesn't work anyway"!! When we went down to dinner it was through a filthy corridor and it was clear that workers were fitting out bedrooms on that floor. Everything was coated in dust, including our table and chairs in the unfinished Dining Room. On the second day, we asked if housekeeping could give the room a quick clean and replace the sodden, dirty floor mat by the bathroom door. Eight hours later a chap came along and emptied the bin, turned the mat over and removed one of our towels. That was it. On departure we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us, when we went down for breakfast. They didn't. They didn't when we asked an hour later and then struggled to book one when we asked a third time. At that point we left and hailed our own taxi as two hours waiting for the hotel to do it seemed long enough. With some effort and commitment, once they finish the building work, it may be perfectly OK as a hotel but their advertisement on Booking.com is, currently, totally misleading.

The staff was not good. The room was small as per charged, no use of kitchen it was small shelf without any stuff in kitchen, just kettle for making coffee tea. Breakfast service not at good. No co-operation.

Worst property I ever stayed in. We arrived early so as per policy we had to wait for check in, which is totally acceptable. I had to use the washroom and since we were waiting in the lobby, I went to use common toilet in the lobby. To my surprise, the washroom was smelling like it had not been cleaned for days. Ignored it and went to use the washroom that was on their restaurant floor. But this time, the washroom was locked forget about cleaning. This is the kind of hotel, where common washrooms are either locked or not cleaned. Staff did not have any answer to why it was like that and they couldn’t resolve it either. The toilet here is the corridor from where you had to pass to go to the room. After we came back in the evening, by that time, the corridor itself had started smelling once you pass from there. Pathetic hotel to stay. Rooms were not cleaned either. Had paid for the breakfast but avoided it thinking, if they can’t keep their hotel clean, not taking a risk with my stomach. Avoid going here. Much better hotels you can find across the city

Hotel is still a construction site, working noise until late evening, but the interior seems old and low quality, all metal is rusty, loose cables, TV broken, power outlets don't work, room was not made up for 4 days until I requested it, room is really small too and there is no soundproofing whatsoever, you can hear everything happening in the hallway and the room next door, and to top it all off there is a disco/club in the building that blasts loud music until 3am EVERY day. Breakfast was ok but with very little choice, NO COFFEE except for nestle instant coffee (wtf). There is NO GYM although the site said so. Also no laundry service. Staff chief seemed unfriendly or forced friendly but very weird vibe. Oh and there were ants in the room, on the 6th floor!? Would not recommend at all

Hotel lobby was good. Rest all was bad. There were no locks in the bathroom, bed was super hard as of you are sleeping on the floor. Room was not clear. I have never seen a room with office space with 3 chairs and a table. There was music sound coming until 4 am and all windows were making sound because of that we couldn’t sleep all night and when we told them , they said we can’t help it as there is a bar on the 6th floor. Totally useless stay. Will never recommend it to anybody. Thank you

Bathroom didn’t have any locks. House keeping was super slow to deliver. Bed Matress were hard as wood Parking was paid whereas when made the booking, it said the parking is included Overall Hopeless experience. The looks are goods but the services are below average level.

Facilities not according to the price charged....not even provided packed drinking water which was chargeable, linens and pillow of poor quality.....AC ONLY COOLS.....SO WE CANNOT CALL THE HOTEL AIR CONDITIONED...VERY POORLY STAFFED....ROOM NOT GETS CLEANED EVEN AFTER INFORMING AT RECEPTION ..room was very small not as much as written in website while booking

Some of the information are not correct - 1. Parking - No free parking . The hotel is in the Mohali Walk Mall and u need to pay extra for parking . 2. The Front deck is bit lost type . Stayed for 3 Nights with Family . Cleaning require continuous reminders. Basic amenities not provided .
