We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaBooked this property but not given accommodation and took me to a Dharnashala where they offered a room with only bed toilet was common. I denied to take it. I have to search another hotel. The cab driver took me two places then I got a room. All full and f Nonsense. It is a black spot on the hotel as well as booking.com too. 0/10
