The meals are very good but too expensive. Room varies. There are good and some not at all. Ask room not facing the street and at higher floor.
I think it's the best hotel in Pundacherry with great location near restaurants and markers . Stuff are adorable

We had to leave…
This hotel is one of the best – if not the best – we have ever stayed at. My wife works in tourism and is used to exacting clients and she was genuinely impressed. You can believe the other five-star reviews… The customer service is exceptional; the place is spotlessly clean and the restaurant buffet offers an excellent choice. Well done to the staff – and the management!

Breakfast was good. I do not eat processed foods but eat whole foods. For breakfast I used to have eggs, vegetables, beans curry. Lunch: Once I had a buffet lunch which was based on Andhra foods. There was good selection for me. Room: Nice big room, one big table and very nice big TV. Staff: All the staff were very good.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Cleanliness & Comfort The hotel maintains exceptionally clean rooms, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job in maintaining hygiene and tidiness, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Location The hotel’s excellent location adds to its appeal, making it convenient for exploring the city. Whether you are visiting for business or sightseeing, the accessibility is a definite advantage. Dining Experience & Staff One of the standout aspects of my stay was the amazing hospitality at the F&B department. A special mention to Sushmita and Suwastika, who were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and courteous throughout my dining experience. Their warm service truly enhanced the experience. Additionally, a big shoutout to F&B Manager Ahmed, Chef De Cuisine Alaguraja P and his team for their outstanding service and attention to detail. The entire team works tirelessly to ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. Buffet Spread The buffet spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to different tastes. Very clean upgraded larger room. Excellent buffet dinner and breakfast options including limited Western dishes. Eggs to order at breakfast. Don't miss the very good ice cream. Service staff very responsive.
