As in our previous visit, we didn't get exactly the room we booked, which was a balcony with a pool view, As we were only staying one night this really didn't matter.

This was our second visit, as we used this hotel for catching flights. Excellent staff. Nice restaurant with a wide choice of reasonably priced meals. Nice quiet location, though if sitting by the pool you can see and hear aircraft. Even though it is close to the airport, allow time for Delhi traffic if catching a flight.

Initiially we were given a room that was not the higher rate one that we booked, but this was immediately rectified, but even then we had booked a pool view, and were given a car park view. As our stay was only one night, it didn't seem to be worth requesting a change. The hotel is very out of the way, and would not suit anyone looking to use it as a base for tourist activities.

The hotel is modern and very quiet. Location is reasonably close to the airport, though traffic during the day is very heavy, so allow time for this if trying to catch a flight. Restaurant has a good variety of options and is reasonably priced. Pool area is great and suitable for children. The style and layout of the hotel is so much nicer than the concrete box hotels nearer to the airport, and it is better value.

The corridor was super loud at night and the rooms are not sound proof. The rooms reeked of cigarettes (they changed my room). The bedding was not dirty but not up to the standard as there was a weird smell. The room tv was VERY bad. The most annoying thing was that nobody was at the reception when I had to check out and my cab was there, waiting. I had to be at the airport and the receptionist couldn't have been slower in helping me check out.

The property was nice and the rooms were sizable.

Even though its next to the airport its a 30 minute drive. A bit dirty, room smelled a lot like smoke. Its a bit strange, there are a lot of people who seem like managers but just a few who do actual work

Wonderfully comfortable beds. Good bathrooms, large showers, hot water. Lovely pool area and gardens, relaxing. Close to airport. Pleasant outdoor breakfast area. Lovely staff - lady behind reception was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The toilet was ill-equipped with poor toiletries . Shower head did not work propertly The mineral water bottles were charged exorbitantly , 4 times MRP . Not acceptable

The shower floods immediately, the pool was dirty so we couldn’t go in it, building work was taking place everywhere, there were loads of children there shouting and one even riding a bike through the restaurant whilst we were eating. It was all just quite strange. Staff were overbearing.

The staff were amazing. The pool was glorious and the food delightful. Would highly recommend for a break or stay over for the airport. The hospitality manager was all over everything and even when by the pool, they served drinks and food whenever you liked.

This place is a Sanctuary within Delhi. The rooms are very spacious, with a big comfy bed and a desk for remote working. The wifi is fantastic too! I was also thankful for the polite and welcoming staff. They were super helpful in assisting me to book my bus 🙏 And they even provided a complimentary breakfast one morning! Thanks so much guys! I hope to be back again soon.

The swimmingpool is very hot and dirty. They don't clean it. The rooms are not clean, a lot of things are broken. The outside looks good, but it isn't good. The corridors are very noisy, you can hear everything.

if you are a couple then dont go there cockroaches waiting for you in the washroom soecialy on the towels 😂😂 my booking was for 2 days nd i stay there for 1 day this was so stress full i cant explain the room was dirty staff is good nd realy helpful but not the hotel they charged me 8100 somthng for 2 days if you sre a couple its not for you food is so bad they served you food from breakfast buffet its so unprofessional i will never go there if they say its for free big nooooooo i waste my 8100 now its you old room old washrooms with roches with bad food good luck

I was not ammused about staying at Satvik this time. In the past we have had a good experience but this time around it was terrible. Too many mosquitoes. Not disabled and old people friendly. Water pressure was terrible. No hot water unless you complain.

went there for a pre long haul flight rest and they were doing indoor construction work right next to our room so it was far from restful. it’s also about 25 minute drive from airport. not the 3km it shows on booking listing. looks close on map but isn’t to drive.

During my stay there was a privat pool party so I didn’t have a chance to use swimming pool but but I was looking for a hotel with a pool for this time. That was very disappointing and very loud music till 00 pm didn’t let me sleep before early morning flight

The door of the room had a large gap down, and you can hear everything that is happening in the corridor. I think they could fix that little issue quite easily.

The reception is very very uneducated he don't know how to talk with a guest first he come inside my room and said he thought I did checkout it's not a good thing without knock and all come inside and at time of checkout ladies stay said pagal ho kya tum 12.10pm time 12.00 checkout time 10 min extra than she called and said pagal ho gya tu. Time nhi dikhta Sach ma itna unpad gwar staff to Oyo ma bhi nhi hota Shame on that hotel all the reputation spoil by this resort is only their staff
