Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lack of staff. Practically no support. Cleanliness must be a tad better
There is no breakfast. However, you can find excellent home cooked Jain food in a home opposite the temple tank. What is liked is the car parking space, hot water in the room. This is among the best private property you can find in Sharavanabelagola.

The bath room is just ok, size is ok. but looks old, needs rennovation. Bed sheets was not fresh. No restaurents.
This is a standard hotel available in Sravanbelagola. I could nt find any other good private accomodation there. some 50 cars can be parked safely with in a gated compound. Room sizes are ok, TV and AC working, Hot water was available. Room was clean. Its actually not a big hotel, but its like a lodge, with rooms in two or three floors. They have a fast modern lift. For food, you will have to go near the temple entrance, some 300m walk. Hotel is adjacent to the main road. There is a Tea shop near the entrance

much electricity around, if you are sensitiv about maybe the upper rooms are more quiet and people from outside on the road could look into the room if you open the balcony door..

Very considerate courteous owner ,excellent staff smiling and attending to all facilities and amenities with cheerful helpful countenance Good spacious rooms with AC ,hot water and wonderful tea coffee and food provision in the rooms from nearby .Some rooms have balconies and huge two double beds or combination thereof with balconies with picturesque green views all around . Open areas safe parking inside ,and nice stroll amidst the trees . View of Shravan belagola from some of the rooms .Thank you for a wonderful easy stay Mr Jain (owner) and team

The room was a bit dirty - ash tray and bins were full and there were empty water bottles left. My bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The whole room really needed a proper clean. The staff member seems nice but speaks no English- he kept talking to me in what I presume was kannan which was frustrating - he kept saying ' lunch/dinner/fifty' - but I had no idea if he was asking if I wanted food or something else. I'd suggest having some information for foreign tourists written in English so they understand.
Rooms are quite big and not far from the centre of town or where to start the walks up the hill Has WiFi and AC It is an okay budget hotel
