Rooms: Would have loved to have a balcony. Pool: Needs some insecticide. I got bitten twice by some ants or insects. Not a big worry, but a small irritant. Restaurant: The food is very good, but live music will draw more people.

Arrival: We booked two rooms for 3 nights in April 2023. We had alerted the hotel that we will be checking in early, and they said they would try. We landed there at 9.30am and the rooms were full. But they were kind enough to let us have breakfast (in exchange for the last day), while we waited. Both our rooms were ready fairly quickly. Rooms: Their executive rooms are a bit small, but not congested. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms squeaky clean. They provide 2 bottles of water everyday. There's a water kettle and sachets to make tea or coffee. There's also a small fridge, which can hold maybe a dozen beer pints. They also provide a sewing kit, a shaving kit, dental kit and a comb. Pool: Big enough pool if there aren't too many people. Maybe 6 at the most. Nice and clean pool though. There are lounge chairs all around with canopies. Restaurant: We loved the breakfast spread. No too small and not too big. Just right. Plus they provide you stuff from the kitchen if it's not there on the spread. We got dosas, omelettes, bacon and pancakes too! One must try their food during lunch or dinner. One dish I must mention is the 'Dahi Kali Mirch Chicken'. The best I've tasted anywhere. Also, the dishes are actually cheaper than most of the regular restaurants close by. Room Service: We didn't try, but we could see that they were busy all the time Housekeeping: Excellent service. Prompt and quick. Very helpful staff. Location: That's the best part of the place. Tucked away from the bustling streets of Candolim, the beach is 300 meters away (a 6 minute walk). Lots of shacks on the beach. Outside the hotel, a 5 minute walk away, are a plethora of wonderful restaurants to choose from. There are two large supermarkets close by - Delfino's and Newton that are well stocked and sell liquor too. There are shops too if you are in the mood for clothes, trinkets and of course, spices and dry fruits.

The beach is little far off and one cannot get out of the room and walk up to the beach. One has to think of it to go to the beach for a stroll.

Room size is comfortably good and a very nice spread for breakfast. On the whole we very much enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, willing to help and smiling. Lots of local shacks on the beach with variety of food and drinks

Very helpful and kind staff from front office over restaurant to guardmen at the entrance/exit. They will assist you with everything you need such as taxi reservations. Location is great. They have a short cut to the beach and when using the main entrance you will be right in the middle of town. The venue itself is spacious, with a pretty nice and clean pool surrounded by a peaceful garden. Rooms get a bit old, but bathrooms seems renovated. Showers are clean and are working well. Strong WIFI! They have there own restaurant in the garden, so if you are not in mood eating out, that's a good option.

The rooms had a lot of lizards. The electricity went off quite often hence it was a disappointment.

despite being advertised as a villa with private pool it is not. the pool is shared with the other property in the same terrain and also with guests that randomly come from the other side of the villa where they have the private rooms.

the villa with private pool is made of two properties is fenced off and has a gate which is good for small kids or kids with disabilities like my son that has no awareness of danger. it is also located in a no way out street which makes it quieter.

The location of resort is very convenient. Rooms are spacious, well lit with natural light. Balcony is spacious too with garden view. I liked that it is a quiet place with easy access to party locations nearby. The staff was very cooperative; Vibha, specifically, accomodated my late check-out request as well as found us a responsible driver.

Hotel was equidistant from beach & town ie max 5 minute walk with a multitude of food & drink options. Our suite was spacious, clean and had large fridge, comfortable bed, aircon and fans. Reliable Wi-Fi with n rooms, at restaurant & pool. Staff were friendly & helpful and organised taxis, tours etc.

Just one thing - when there is power cut it is all dark in the room for 2-3 minutes and then power comes back.considering the frequent electricity fluctuations the power back up support needs to be improved.thanks!

I booked this room at last minute and the room facilities and washroom was really good. Everything was as it was shown in the pictures.We had done early check in and also requested for extended hours check out (on payment of extra charges) which is very well supported by staff. There were complementary drinks on arrival and 2 complimentary beer which was really a sweet gesture. So in entirety it made up to the overall experience.
