Poorly maintained toilets. Main door cannot close. Mattress is not comfortable as springs hurt the back. Smelly , dirty bedsheets & towels. Madam Renee Thomas called me and offered to give a refund which we declined. What is important is to invest in a laundry system, wakefit mattresses , clean bedsheets & towels. Room could have been bigger.

Vishnu, the property manager supported us throughout the stay. He arranged food, explained the facilities over there, cleaned the pool by himself. People like him are biggest assets for these kind of upcoming facilities.

Had an amazing stay at Serene Blossom Stay! Everything was just perfect—the location was peaceful, the stay was super comfy, and the food was really good. The ambience was so relaxing, exactly what I needed. But the best part? The staff! Everyone was so welcoming and kind, especially one person who went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Honestly, such a great experience, and I’d totally go back. Highly recommend!

A suggestion.. A small kettle to boil water & few tea/coffee bags would be great considering there is no full time restaurant nearby.

The two family / group rooms directly open to the car park. This affects the privacy of those rooms. Food not served and if required we need to speak with the manager in prior while booking the resort.

The facilities in the resort (Play area with a mini football field, Well maintained swimming pool and indoor games on request to the room). Serene location and courteous staff. The family / Group rooms are really spacious.

The resort is placed in a very scenic place in the valley between two mountains. It is luscious with greenery. Quite and serene...love the big lawn , play area...Vishnu is a very friendly, cordial and helpful person...shall definitely recommend to friends and families ☺️☺️☺️

* No-frills attached property - so good only for a stop-over with some other goal in mind. * A fully functional dining room is required if you want to spend more than a night here. * All amenities should be part of the package.

* Great location and view. * Homely stay - we had booked a big room for 3 adults and a kid and it was comfortable. * We did not expect much amenities and happy to see a small swimming pool (However, confirm regarding if it is part of your package!) * Breakfast was a made to order veg dish for us and it sufficed for us. * Two standout things for us: 1. Mr. Vishnu was the main difference - He knows to handle people and resources and was ever willing to help. In fact, without him our experience would not have been so warm. 2. There are provisions made for the cab drivers to shower and relax. This is a very thoughtful gesture.
