They have very few activities to do in the resort. how ever it doesn't effect the stay in resort

This is one of the best resort in wayanad Manthavady region .The behavior of the staff is very courteous. Food was very delicious and healthy. we got full privacy.Swiming pool was very clean and well maintained .Last but not least staff behavior was outstanding .

We had a lovely stay at this resort with my husband and 6 months old baby. The staff here is extremely courteous and very helpful. During our stay baby shows some symptoms of fever suddenly her temperature become high . We bring her to nearby clinic but we confused and worried about treatment and informed the resort staff about this issue . After sometime Mr Nikhil came to clinic and ensured proper treatment and he also carry specially made baby food. Till the time of discharge he stayed with us . Thank you Nikhil Sir for your valuable time spending with us. Your humbleness and patience we can't imagine any other one. Thank you team serene crest. Definitely we will visit soon. Totally recommended this property

We are not recommended this property for bachelor's this resort is completely family friendly. Overnoise , public liquor using not allowed.. But they allow liquor in room and balcony out side also specified area... heaven for family and couple

The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was so amazing. They were extremely accommodating and very friendly. They were always at our door step whenever we need something, The view was breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Starting from the check-in and until the check-out everything was so perfect!! And everything was supervised under a very friendly manager. Last but not least, the FOOD was so good!! I would like to recommend this place. You must visit this place at least once in your lifetime!!

I went for this stay reading previous reviews and our stay too had similar experience. We were a family of 7 consisting of 3elderlies aged 72&79+yrs. Excellent stay & food. Good local travel support provided by Nikhil . Nikhil , a warm & humble caretaker is just a call or message away for all our 24x7 services. The property is right in the middle of dense vegetation , hence do expect insects, if precautions taken as per caretaker advice, this can be taken care. Expect electricity load shedding but weather was just too excellent and generator support didn't really hinder the downside of the stay. Overall will recommend for a quiet serene blissful stay.
