I had a great stay here. The room was comfortable and clean and the balcony was great too. Friendly and helpful staff. The quiet location is excellent, close to the sea, but also close to all the restaurants and shops nearby. Thank you.

We had to keep asking for toilet paper, it was as though it was rationed, and electricity was going off almost every day, they had a back up generator but it wasn't powerful enough to do all the rooms , so some nights we was showering in the dark which was dangerous, and not able to dry your hair or iron any clothes.

Lots of problems with power and fridge stopped working. It did not spoil the stay totally, but it did make it a bit awkward when coming back from the beach to take a shower and get ready for our evening out.

Location great, lovely grounds, welcoming family and staff. We were in budget rooms but I think they still need a litter updating.

The best part of this homestay is its owner. We can find many hotels or homestay with good food, good location, good amenities, good service. But you can find owners like them. They treat u as there family. N your comfort is there priority. I have never seen some resolve ur problem so fast in any hotels too. There behaviour will make you fall in love with the property. God bless both husband wife, and i assure you wont regret staying thr even if thr propert is not very sophisticated with amenities.

Although this wasn't an issue the rooms were a bit tired and in need of a refurb. Also you had to ask for room to be cleaned this should be done on a regular basis without asking.

The location was excellent for the beach. Also in a nice quiet area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

for the price the toilet roll could have been of better quality, It was very poor. Just one bath towel each no hand towel. A few more toiletry would be appreciated for the price. Also no TV but this was my fault for not read the details properly.

The location was perfect just a short stroll to the beach on a slabbed path. The grounds were well kept and attractive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable Direction the accommodation was spot on, without these it would have been very hard to find.

First of all, our flight was delayed so we were late checking in... fortunately, this was not a problem. Michelle made us feel very welcome, the place was completely spotless and the grounds were maintained immaculately. The room were perfect 👌

Set in beautiful gardens and directly out the back gate to a small path to the beach. Located behind Appi Shack and D’Mellos, on a quiet stretch of Candolim beach.

Our room was right on main thoroughfare ground floor, to the beach so didn’t feel very private. Felt like I was in a window in Amsterdam’s red light district even thought the windows were mirrored, which in itself attracted passers by to check themselves and fix their hair. Could do with two towels per person and complimentary coffee to go with kettle

Heritage home stay, away from the beeping of the main road. Convenient for the beach (5 mins) and great shacks to spend the day. 15 mins walk to beach road Candolim centre. Complimentary water. Very clean.

No hooks in the bathroom/room to hang things snd nowhere to hang wet towels etc post beach. Fridge did not work (was replaced w a one that also broke after one day)

Only small gripe was there was not enough towels given and the armchair on the balcony looked a little out of place.

Location was great, straight onto the beach. Narrow road at the back but just a short walk to the main road. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this but room was good, had everything we needed and was a good size. Staff were pleasant and cleaning not too bad. Would definately stay here again.

Nothing really! Obviously it's not trying to be a 5* hotel, but for what it is, it is perfect and you'll have a great stay!

This guest house was perfect for us. Just a 3 min walk to Candolim beach, and it's a quiet beach area! Definitely the best beach area for kms! Having said that, on this bit of beach there are 2 places to eat and drink but you only need to walk another 2 mins down the beach to find more. And then just a 5-10 min to main road too. The guest house is homey, cute and quiet and we shared a room (2 friends), one in the double bed and one on the comfy sofa bed, so it was great. It's simple but it's clean and fresh and comfortable. We had no problems at all and the family in the house are friendly and so helpful. We used their taxi recommendation which worked well, and they did our laundry great too, and for an excellent price.

Immaculate property right on the beach. Lots of staff keeping everywhere clean and freshly painted. Staff were all very friendly and helped with anything required. Neighbours have a taxi business, who provide a great service.
