Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing specific
It’s a humble adobe. Value for money. They even assisted us by providing an early checkin and providing hot water as early as 3AM for bath. Location is best for those who are planning to visit Shri Grishneshwar temple and Ellora caves. Temple is hardly 300meter for this place. Ellora caves are at comfortable walkable distance (approx 1km)too. Additionally, they provided to us a contact to a taxi service operator names “Ellora Taxi”. The cab service were not just punctual but also went beyond their service by finding our bag through their network as the bag was mistakenly taken by another tourist. Many thanks to them as we neither asked nor expected this from them.

There are some renovations expected. They will help better the experience. The path to the hotel from main road is very dark, and trash everywhere. Cleanliness is much required in the public areas.
The location is perfect to the visitors of Grishneshwar Temple and Ellora caves.

Clean Rooms, Clean Bedsheets & Blankets. Hot water whole day. Owner is very frinedly. I would like to share my experience, I dropped my mobile phone while getting down from cab and was searching it in room afterwards & when we call back on my phone the Owner knock the door with my phone in his hand. He found it outside hotel premises and immediately come to return it to me. That was a soothing experience. Also when we asked him for extended stay hours just to keep our bagpacks he allot us one room for around 4 hrs extra without any extra pay. It was a pleasant stay.

Cleanliness could be better.
Excellent Location, just 500 m from Shree Ghrishneshwar Temple and about 1 km from Ellora caves. The hosts are excellent and will strive to meet all your needs.

This is home stay and owner is a very good guy, he made sure our stay was very comfortable. Great services, worth the money, I recommend this place if you are visiting Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga.

Nice and calm homely place. The owners are a decent family, very welcoming and helpful. All basic amenities available. Breakfast served if requested. There is a balcony to sit out with family or friends in the evening.

The faucets, showers, and hand sprays in the bathrooms and toilets need to be improved. The flow of water is quite slow in a few of the faucets, but it is manageable and not a big issue.
The rooms were simple and neat with all basic amenities. The size of rooms are big enough to accommodate a group of 3-4 people. The best part is the location of the property, at a walkable distance from the Ghrushneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple (10 min walk) and close to the famous Ellora caves (around 1 km). View from the guest house is also ok, we can see the faraway mountains clearly from the balcony. The guest house is run by a family, so it is safe and well-managed. The hosts are very well-behaved, kind, and helpful.

The bathroom definitely needs to be upgraded.
The owner was very kind and helpful. He helped us whenever needed. The location is close to the Ellora temples which can be easily reached by walking.
