Hotel staff was accomodating. Took some extra bucks but provided early check-in. Rooms were decent. Location is quite good since you will be at heart of city. Auto or public transport is easily available right outside the lane.

They change the booking to another fair hotel when they saw less charges when booked through booking.com application. I have travel another 2-3 kilometres on my own expenses. They even didnt provide any mode of travelling to another hotel where they shift the booking. Even the booking is confirmed they said rooms are not empty because of some vague reasons. I have to manage everything on my own.

Room is air conditioned but the bed was not good. Room service was fair.

We booked the rooms to conduct a walk in interview and clearly mention our intention while booking, initially they confirmed on a phone to conduct. Later, they refused to conduct and we had to reschedule it with another vanue. But, we have already informed the candidates about the venue and location. It shows completely unprofessional.

No complimentary water, no electric kettle, tea bags sugar/milk was provided. Blankets were of poor quality. There were no electric bulbs upon the mirror installed at the room and bathroom. Water tapes were continuously dipping. It was brought to the notice of the front desk manager also.

Front desk staff should be polite with costumer. They were not keep their own statement and agreed commitments. Hence advised to keep proper communication with them.

Rooms are bit small. It's OK for the family size of three.

Located near the Railway station. Tourist sites are not far from the hotel. The hotel is near to the market area. Medical facility and restaurants are available within few steps. Special mention for the hotel staff. They upgraded my room without charging anything.

Staff behaviour is so good 👍 They attend me at 1:30 Am after delay by train. Over all my experience with this hotel is fabulous.👍👍👍
