What kind of behavior is this, even after our booking is done, we do not get room, and walking people are not given room, and after booking is full, they do not give confirmation.

Today was my booking but the property person is not giving the room, this is not the first time, this is the second time, my booking is with another person.

I found that rooms are very bad in condition and the pictures shown are deceptive. Parking facilities are also not available, you have to park your vehicle outside the property. I found basic things like towels and soaps are also missing, i would not recommend it.

Plzz Improve Cleanliness,, And there was no hot water supply even during this winter days ,, dust was everywhere on bed and in room too... The experience before this was great but this time they disappointed us.😐 Water Supply System Wasnt good, Tap of basin was broken, room was too small , window was also broken. Plzz Improve .Door also was not very good.

We wanted a room where we could rest for the night and our only expectation was that it should be clean, there should be safe parking and it should be peaceful not noisy. We got all that we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. The rooms are small but adequate and there is no lift to take you to the higher floors but that's not a deal breaker. The place is a superb value for money especially if you are just looking for a place to spend the night.

PATHETIC.. It's neither a hotel nor a suite, it's actually lodge or you can say a kiraye ka makaan.. Booked it after reading reviews from Google.. But in reality, it was far far opposite from what was expected.. Seepaged, spotted and dirty walls, small dabba room, uncleaned commode, broken tap, toilet window fully visible from outside, blanket looked like dharmshala type, no toiletries (the list is endless).. Outside noise clearly audible in the rooms.. Room deserved not more than Rs 500, but the staff charged Rs 1300.. Would have never stayed there, if I have reached in daytime.. Had to stay their in Majboori at reached in midnight with family.. Not at all recommend for families as well as good travellers..

Room was smelly and not clean at all. Sheets were dirty. Very noisy all night long. Bathroom was disgusting. Smell in the room was disgusting.

Multiple things i didn't liked, which is elaborated below: 1. The tariff included breakfast, but no breakfast was offered. Instead it was told the kitchen is closed, only tea, coffee and water bottle could be provided. In that case the room tariff should have been reduced, but the representatives at Silver Key Suits didn't offered any such thing, and just told they can't do anything. 2. The blankets provided for 2 persons stay was just enough to fit in for a single person. On asking for another set, they took 1 hr to provide the other and for that too had to enquire multiple times. 3. The Blankets offered was thin and that too in the month of December end. The blankets can be compared to the blankets provided in railway coaches. 4. On enquiry about breakfast it was told only tea, coffee and water bottle could be provided. But on asking for coffee, they told coffee is not available. 5. I had coffee powder with me , so just asked for a cup with hot water, to which it was told there are no more cups available. All the cups have been provided to the respective rooms. No more cups available.

Its not at all a Hotel, it could be just called as a lodge. Provided a room for stay :-P

it was horribly unclean and disgustingly dirty. the bed, the linens, and the blankets were so bad. Dirty walls and mosquitoes infested room could not provide a peaceful sleep.
