Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The staff is cooperative and accommodative but needs to be a bit more proactive for basic services at least those that are listed and maintenance of facilities. The basic services had to be asked for many of the basic things but were ultimately provided. May invest some amount and time once in a while on maintenance and basic services.
Cooperative and well mannered staff. Property location and connectivity to main attractions in Jaipur including some of the untouched, not so popularised by worth visiting places nearby.

For family room with 4 people I found just a songle socket in whole room to charge mob phone. You definately need to increase.

They need to work on the structure of the hotel . The room needs to get some work done. The doors need handle fixed.

1) They can work on the furniture layout for a family room. Not enough space to roam around and was constantly getting hit by a bed’s leg due to less space. 2) Located in purely residential area. You’ll have to take an auto/cab to reach atleast Sindhi Camp to start the journey.
The Comfort. Good Breakfast provided. Spacious room. Homely feeling overall. Recommended for a hustle-free stay.

Some amenities in the hotel require replacement/modifications but the decent behaviour of the owner and staff covers up all the odd things.
The owner of the property, Mr. Sandeep is a very decent and well mannered person. He is always there to help. He managed to pick us at odd hours and this kind of help is greatly appreciated. Among staff members, Ashu is really a gem for the hotel as he is helpful in each and everything. It was really very nice to meet such nice fellows.

The washroom's basin was leaking.
The owner and the manager were outstanding. The owner personally came to the station to pick up which was such a nice gesture. The manager Mr. Ayush was very courteous and friendly. He arranged for our breakfast and also a cab for our city tour. The breakfast menu had so much variety. Overall it was a fulfilling experience and we would love to come back again

One of the staff members put unclean water in the bottles. It is very sad that such a nice hotel is keeping such nasty people as staff member.
Huge size of one of the rooms. Cleanliness and location are also very nice.

A little pricy for India but it worth it
The family room is huge, with very comfortable beds. Everything was super clean. Very good bathroom. Fabulous breakfast for 350rupees (buffet with Indian/continental options). Restaurant is also very good. If it's not raining there is a dance performance in the rooftop every nigth. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Complimentary packed water bottle to be added not filter water.
I booked 4 room for dtay with my family. Staff was arrange for our late arrival. Breakfast served was great. Recommended for family stay.

They didn't arrange things in advance, we had to visit the reception multiple times to get things but that could be due to late check-in.
Loved the staff, very courteous and helpful. We had a late check -in but they provided us with everything and the rooms were big and clean. Geyser available which was a boon for the rainy climate. The breakfast included was delicious and overall the stay was very comfortable. We had to get an extra bed which they provided without any hassle or issues.
