Terrible - don’t bother staying here. I don’t usually write reviews but this is needed. We had a very unpleasant stay. Firstly, the room was in very poor condition. For the price you pay it was very dirty, there was mould everywhere ( as shown in the photos), the bathroom also had a very foul smell. Secondly, the receptionist didn’t want to help us book transportation tickets, which we’ve never had a problem with anywhere throughout our trips to India. Finally, which was the most upsetting was the very loud noise all night. It started with some kind of construction right near our bedroom window at 10 pm at night. Then, extremely loud party music being played starting at 11pm. My partner and I thought this was a party down the road. Eventually, after an hour and a bit of this very loud music playing, I went to the reception to ask where it was coming from. He said ‘oh music, me’ and smiled and showed me the speaker it was playing from. I told him to turn it off as it was after midnight and very loud. This was very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager the next day and all he said was sorry. No real compassion or compensation - very disappointed.

We went in tempo traveller and it was hard to drive in narrow lanes to arrive at sky frame. So can’t say it’s a downside but all other stays also are in same lane. You gotta think about parking if going in tempo traveller. Also this is situated in south cliff, if you want to go for parties, you’ll need auto to south cliff which hotel guys can call. Though autos charge heftily.

Property as photos show is beautiful. Rooms are pretty and clean. Special mention to Sushant and his team, they’re very polite and adjusting. Whatever we asked they provided very fast. I’d strongly recommend to have appam and kadala curry in breakfast. The cook is a very sweet lady and takes delight in serving with a smile on her face all the time. We didn’t encounter any language problems also since staff understood English and bit of Hindi.

The most unethical practise Booking.com is doing is that of charging taxes illegally for the properties other than Hotels. Please be informed if we approach to Taxes Authority Booking.com will be in problem as those property is illegally charging Tax without any Tax document which means they are not paying any Tax to the Local & Central Govt. This is illegal in India and Booking.com is fully responsible as they are showing this amount in their Portal.

Let Booking.com have direct information from the property. The Location is not at all near sea side and only sea view is visible from the garden and not from room. The area is banned for swimming by any visitors. So what is the use of listing these properties in your so called good hotel list.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.They were always asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.
