Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The breakfast
The stay was comfortable mr abhi has help me alot with the check in and everything the bedsheets were little bit not satisfied the staff was very friendly and welcome us like a home but there are things that had to be put up like amenities which is shaving kit comb etc as we guest do use I had ask for water bottle but it didn't came and it's in chargeable for 30 rs the breakfast was not that bad the juice which was served the next day they served the same juice which they can be change everything was okk I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this place it's nearby to airport so mr abhi thankyou for your support hope will meet you again

Food options could be worked on instead of ordering from outside. Drinking water should be complimentary.
A good place for travelers on a transit route. The breakfast was a decent spread and the staff courteous and polite!

homely tasty and very filling - ie ( Indian - like dosa or upuma or rice poha - excellent chutney tropical fruits and fruit juice western bread / toast and accessories location - was near airport - so great for 1-2 night stay recommend their day taxi package - start out early - before traffic and cover ground with palaces parks and markets - also impromptu shopping at some great prices for silk saris - he was flexible so I got a lot of things done - Taxi to and from airport is reasonable price - Uber is reasonable if you would like to get to town otherwise - So really wel connected - Safe as a single solo female traveller Helpful reception staff - always with a smile and polite - five star 🌟 experience for someone who was visiting Bangalore for the first time

Just the location. It’s close-ish, like 15-20mins drive. And don’t use the airport taxi to get there, will cost you a lot. And the surrounding area around the hotel is not the most encouraging.

the cleanliness and the services avaialble in the rooms. the staffs goes out of their way to fulfill your requests. Specially staff named Sunny. He assisted me with the food order i wanted to give, from his mobile, and later when I had an emergency and medicatiion was needed in the middle of the night, he peersonally drove me on his motorbike to get the medication i needed. all staffs were exceptional. the food was also better, comapred to other places i previously stayed.

A mouse had run into our room through a small gap between the door jamb and the front door. It was a brief and ran out in minutes.
Super close and convenient to the Taj. The hotel restaurant and staff were extremely friendly and attended to our needs immediately.

No one from the hotel is present during the night to ask customers to be discreet and not to speak loudly and slam doors until very late and very early again. in short, an Indian hotel where no one cares about everyone's rest!

It's not like, it can't be called an actual airport hotel/transit because it's about 18kms from the airport. Anyway, I used their paid airport transfer for both pick up and drop off.
Neat and clean, good maintenance.
