Wonderful staff

Initially the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, they eventually asked me to switch rooms and everything was great thereafter. Apart for the room the rest of the place looks a bit run down and the pictures aren't that accurate.

Room and view was beautiful, one of the best I've seen in my life. So surreal. Room was clean, bathroom and toilet in good working order. Staff were helpful and kind. Rooms look exactly as they are shown in the pictures.

Stay, hygiene, location, food, room and anything and everything you can ask for was just the best. But the highlight was service which was just awesome. All the staff including (Nikhil and Ayush - because I only recall these names 😉) were just fabulous. Always attending and friendly. Whenever get a chance would definitely go for stay again. Thankyou all for your hospitality 🫶

The location is nice it has a nice Mountain View, the Staff is very hospitable Our receptionist Simmi was very helpful in explaining the things and also the Manager guided us with all the information.

The owner was rude to us on call and did not provide what we booked. We had to pay extra for breakfast.

The location is pleasant and away from the crowded areas of Manali, offering a peaceful environment. The staff is helpful, making it good choice for families. Additionally there is a playground for children, enhancing its appeal.

Chappatis were made from fine flour not whole wheat not good for senior citizens like me.

All facilities and view from the hotel were excellent.Staff and manager was courteous and helpful.Food was also OK the only problem was the chappatis should be made from whole wheat and not maida ie fine flour as it creates health problems for senior citizens like me

What an excellent theme based hotel with a proper 4 star ⭐ amenities. The check in process was so smooth. There is no hustle bustle in this area. This place is quite beautiful 😍 for newly married couple. Such a romantic place and the rooms are beautifully designed with all the modern luxury facilities.

One of the best hotel in Manali. It's a small boutique theme based hotel situated between the Apple 🍎 orchids. This is hotel is based on Pirates of Cariban so you different Theam based on character of pirates of Caribana. I choose barbossa room because he is my favorite. My room situated on 2nd floor Room - Room size is very good with all the amenities like king size bed ,luxury spring mattress, hair dryer, cherry 🍒 on the cake there central heating because outside snow fall is going and our room temperature is 15 Degree in side , so it's very comfortable inside the room. View - I can't explain view in words just mind blowing, you can saw all there major mountain ( hampta pass, rotang pass and panduroopa)from balcony as well as from room . Staff and service - Staff is extremely humble and always ready to help and service I good but little scoop to improve. Food - here I will give them 5 out of 10 because I don't like there food much . There is lot of scope of improvement. I highly recommend this hotel and give advise to hotel smuggler just focus on food quality than this hotel is un beatable

Hidden gem of Manali, Its situated near by 3 km from mall road and just 600 meters from Famous Hadimba Devi Temple. Its really very good resort between the nature , I do not understand why its not so famous. May be first theme based hotel on moviie Pirates of cariban, Rooms are really very beautifully them based design with central heated and azming mind blowing view . There are lot more facilities like very beautiful lawn with swing and micky mouse , bonfire with music in night . They very good playing zone for childs and adult which has pool table , table tanis, chess, carom & much more , they have gym also. Food & service is very good. Highly recommended who looking for luxury resort in midbudget.

Beautiful stay with top class view , room were spacious , neat and clean with a balcony having top class view. Food was to good . They have lot of indoors games like Table Tanis , pool table ,chess and lawn , gym ,disco . Highly recommended.

Excellent theme based hotel. Amezing staff excellent service. View from the balcony awesome. I think one of the best hotel in the Manali . They have Gaming area, Gym, lawn, Disco. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Really very amazing stay at hotel smugglers. We are come to Manali for chill out . So we decided that we should choose a hotel which has all the activities in hotel only because we come to Manali or relax and we find everything here more than our expectations. We enjoy a lot there gaming zone and bonfire and music at there lawn. Room size is very good with all amenities . Food was good, service 10 out of 10. All over everything is good.
