Hotel charged me for a chocolate bar from the minibar that was rotten. I handed the rotten chocolate over to housekeeping, but later at the reception I still had to pay for it, even though I explained the situation. So be cautious when using the room minibar.

Lovely hotel. Great location in Palolem. Everything we needed was just a few minutes walk, including the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. Rooms very comfortable. Great bathroom/shower

Had issues with the third bed which wasn’t ready for us on arrival, the sofa bed was in poor condition & had to be replaced with a proper fold up bed the next day ,we had an issue with number of towels left in room each day we had to keep on asking for extra towels as we had 3 adults in the room other than that the property was good

Well managed hotel with good location. Good service from all staff especially from cuisine, Manjula, Anup and Rohit. Long sandy and quite beach, couple of minutes from hotel. Lots of restaurants around with 3 pure vegetarian.

The details e.g. not replacing towels after cleaning, also not replacing pillow slips and tea making facilities. Having to keep asking for these things is a little frustrating. The Valentine dinner on our arrival was OK but the live band were so loud you couldn't actually talk to each other.

The overall aspect is excellent, very clean. Very good choice for breakfast. The pool area is good, comfortable sunbeds, clean pool, very pretty area.

Everything was great... especially the staff in the restaurant... we had very good servers (can't remember their names now)... they baked a cute and delicious mini cake for our baby... we had a wonderful time.. quiet and calm..

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The spa was great value and excellent service. The room was clean and spacious and serviced well every day. And Simba, the hotel cat was adorable!!!!

Breakfast buffet choices were a bit limited for western tastes - but can’t criticise as was very happy with my made to order omelet .

The staff were excellent at the hotel - very polite, friendly and professional. A particular mention for Vaishali and Dipankar who were both outstanding. We liked the location and enjoyed the short walk to either beach or town centre.
