Staff members Achal and Nally on reception made this trip great. They were honestly so kind and attentive and super friendly. Friendly staff really made this a 10/10 experience. Hotel was brilliant, clean and 5 star facilities. Only place we visited in India that lived up to our standards. Would return.

They don't allow to take the towels to the beach and in our room there was a little bit ants. They try to fix it but they didn't succeed . We asked for 1 more bed (we were 3 people) and the extra bed is no comfortable. The electronic not work all time.

Great location, 3 minutes walking to the beach. Very clean, the breakfast was great and the attention was wonderful. There is a good swimming pool and gym. The best hotel in palolem!

Clean well maintained up to date facilities. Location and setting great. Lovely staff and very helpful. This hotel is a great find !! it has a very nice feel and a comfortable atmosphere. I will return for a longer stay. Thanks to all the staff.

The property is well maintained, spacious room sizes, great breakfast. Very prompt housekeeping and they take extra care of kids in terms of special menu request. Very close to beach. The overall ambience of property is very cozy, greens and full of hospitable staff in true Goan style.

Pool area is great and you have an activity room downstairs where you will find tabletennis, gym, library and kids corner. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. Friendly staff. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Five star room and minibar, great room temperature.

its a very nice property. very peaceful the service is excellent. its 8 min walking from palolem beach. the rooms are comfortable also even the food and breakfast was amazing! I’m sure i will come here again! Highly recommended!

The room was not cleaned properly and changing the linen daily apparently is not the policy. It's done only if the guests request.

Not cleaning the bathroom and not changing towels during room cleaning , room service is slow and they forget stuff. Cups, coffee and water is not being refilled in the room. The hotel's pool is open for visitors who are not staying in the hotel and are making a lot of noise and all the pool chairs.

We had wonderful stay for 3 days, the property is well maintained & very near to the beach. On top of that, the food was excellent. Special thanks to Chef Amar Singh & manager Aakib, they were extremely helpful throughout our stay and made it memorable for us.

one of the best to stay in Palolem area. it is about 5 minutes walk to the palolem beach. staff are very courteous and they make you always feel welcome.

Our request to reduce one room booking was denied as the booking was done through booking.com and they said they were helpless.

The location of this hotel is convenient and easily traceable. The walk to the Palolem beach too is short right in front of the hotel. The staff and services are cordial and courteous.
